ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌသစ်အဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်မည့် ယူဂန်ဒါသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ H.E. Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni ၏ ဖိတ်ကြားချက်အရ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးသန်းဆွေသည် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁၇-၁၈ ရက်များတွင် ယူဂန်ဒါနိုင်ငံ၊ ကမ်ပါလာမြို့၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိသည့် ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေးသို့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက် လျက်ရှိသည်။
ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများအစည်းအဝေးသို့ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများမှ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ကာ ရန်ဇိုရီ ကွန်ဗင်းရှင်း စင်တာ၌ ကျင်းပလျက်ရှိသည့် မျက်နှာစုံညီအစည်းအဝေးတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာနိုင်ငံအလိုက် မိန့်ခွန်းများ ပါဝင်ပြောကြားလျက်ရှိသည်။
ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများအစည်းအဝေး၌ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးသန်းဆွေသည် ၁၇-၁-၂ဝ၂၄ ရက်၊ မွန်းလွဲပိုင်းတွင် မိန့်ခွန်းတစ်ရပ် ပါဝင်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ လက်ရှိဥက္ကဋ္ဌ အဇာဘိုင်ဂျန်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌသစ်အဖြစ် မကြာမီ လွှဲပြောင်းတာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်မည့် ယူဂန်ဒါ နိုင်ငံတို့၏ ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များအပေါ် ချီးကျူးဂုဏ်ပြုပါကြောင်း၊ ယနေ့ကမ္ဘာကြီး သည် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လုံခြုံရေးကိစ္စရပ်များ အပါအဝင် ဘက်ပေါင်းစုံတွင် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် ရင်ဆိုင်တွေ့ကြုံရလျက်ရှိရာ၊ ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့အနေဖြင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံများအားလုံး၏ ဘုံအကျိုးစီးပွားအတွက် အရေးပါသောအဖွဲ့ကြီးအဖြစ် ဆက်လက်ရပ်တည်သွားရန် လိုအပ်ပါ ကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့ကို စတင်ထူထောင်ရာတွင် ပါဝင်ခဲ့သည့် နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံ ဖြစ်သည့်အားလျော်စွာ ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ မူဝါဒများကို အပြည့်အဝ လိုက်နာလျက်ရှိပါကြောင်း၊ ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့အနေဖြင့် အဖွဲ့ကြီး၏ မူဝါဒ၊ လုပ်ထုံး လုပ်နည်း၊ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှု ကို ဆက်လက်ထိန်းသိမ်းသွားရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့်လည်း ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံများ နှင့်အားလုံး၏ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ သာယာဝပြောရေး၊ တရားမျှတမှု၊ တန်းတူညီတူရှိမှုနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး တို့အတွက် အခြားသော ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှု အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများအားလုံးနှင့် အတူတကွ လက်တွဲပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထည့်သွင်းဆွေးနွေးပြောကြား ခဲ့သည်။ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးသည် အစည်းအဝေး၌ နိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရ၏ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးနှင့် ဒီမိုကရေစီ ဖော်ဆောင်ရေးအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက် နေမှုများနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှု အခြေအနေများကိုလည်း ထည့်သွင်း ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေးအတွင်း နိုင်ငံခြား ရေးဝန်ကြီးများနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များသည် ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် ကမ္ဘာ့ရေးရာကိစ္စရပ်များအပေါ် ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေး၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ၏ ၂၀၃၀ ရေရှည်စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး ရည်မှန်း ချက်များ ပြည့်မီစေရေး၊ ရာသီဥတု ပြောင်းလဲရေး စိန်ခေါ်မှုများ၊ ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးမှု လျှော့ချရေး ဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စများတွင် အတူတကွ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးတို့အပေါ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။ အဖွဲ့ဝင် နိုင်ငံများသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာနိုင်ငံအလိုက် ဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုများကိုလည်း ထည့်သွင်း ဆွေးနွေးပြောကြားခဲ့ကြသည်။
အိမ်ရှင် ယူဂန်ဒါနိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး Gen. Odongo Jeje Abubakhar က ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေးသို့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက် လာကြသည့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများကို ၁၇-၁-၂၀၂၄ ရက် ညနေပိုင်းတွင် အာဖရိက ယဉ်ကျေးမှုအကအလှများ ပါဝင်သည့် ဂုဏ်ပြုညစာစားပွဲဖြင့် တည်ခင်းဧည့်ခံခဲ့သည်။
ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေးကို ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁၅-၁၆ ရက်များတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ အီဂျစ်နိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမြင့်လွင် ခေါင်းဆောင်သော မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။
ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့ (Non-Aligned Movement - NAM) ကို ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံများ၏ အကျိုးစီးပွား မြှင့်တင်ရေးအတွက် ၁၉၆၁ ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်ဖွဲ့စည်းထူထောင်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ ဘက်မလိုက် လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၌ လက်ရှိတွင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံပေါင်း (၁၂၀) နိုင်ငံ ပါဝင်သည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့ကို စတင်ထူထောင်ရာတွင် ပါဝင်ခဲ့သည့် နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံ ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe attends Ministerial Meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement in Kampala, Uganda

At the official invitation of H.E. Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda and the upcoming Chair of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe participated in the Ministerial Meeting of NAM which is being held on 17-18 January 2024 in Kampala, Uganda.
The Foreign Ministers and representatives of the NAM Member States have been attending the Ministerial Meeting of NAM and delivering the country statements at the Plenary Session of the said Meeting being held at the Rwenzori Convention Centre.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe delivered a statement at the Plenary Session of the Ministerial Meeting of NAM. In his statement, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Minister congratulated the efforts of the Azerbaijan, the current Chair of the NAM and Uganda, the upcoming Chair of the NAM. He highlighted that as the world today is confronting with multi-faceted international security environment and daunting challenges, the NAM must remain as the most relevant platform for the common interest of developing countries. He mentioned that as a founding member of the NAM, Myanmar has been strictly following the principles of NAM. He also stressed the need for NAM to continue to maintain its solidarity in consistent with its established rules and norms. The Deputy Prime Minster also assured Myanmar’s commitment to work hand-in-hand with other NAM Member Countries towards achieving peace, prosperity, justice, equality and development of the developing countries and beyond. In his statement, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs also apprised the Meeting of the Myanmar Government’s efforts to ensure peace, development and democracy in the country and the latest developments of Myanmar.
At the Ministerial Meeting of NAM, the Foreign Ministers and representatives cordially discussed and exchanged views on matters related to NAM Cooperation mechanisms as well as regional and global issues. At the Ministerial Meeting of NAM, the NAM Member Countries discussed on reforming the UN Security Council, achieving the goals of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and jointly tackling the challenges of climate change and poverty alleviation. Moreover, the NAM Member Countries updated the Meeting on the developments taking place in their respective countries.
In the evening of 17 January 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uganda, Gen. Odongo Jeje Abubakhar hosted a Cultural Gala Dinner in honor of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of NAM Member Countries.
The Senior Officials’ Meeting of NAM was held on 15-16 January 2024 and Myanmar delegation led by U Myint Lwin, Myanmar Ambassador to Egypt attended the said meeting.
The Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) is a forum which was founded in 1961 with the view to advancing interests of developing countries. Currently, 120 countries are members to the NAM. Myanmar is a founding member of the Non-Aligned Movement.
