(၈) ကြိမ်မြောက် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများအဆင့် အစည်းအဝေးကာလအတွင်း သီးခြားဆွေးနွေးပွဲအဖြစ် ၉-၁၂-၂၀၂၃ ရက်၊ (၁၇၀၀) နာရီတွင် တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ ကူမင်းမြို့တွင် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး၊ ဦးသန်းဆွေ နှင့် တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ၊ ယူနန်ပြည်နယ်ပါတီကော်မတီ ဒုတိယအတွင်းရေးမှူး မစ္စတာရှီယွီကန်း တို့သည် ဟိုင်ကန်ဥယျာဉ်ဟိုတယ်၌ တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့သည်။
ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် အစဉ်အလာအရ တည်ရှိပြီးဖြစ်သည့် မြန်မာ-တရုတ် ဆွေမျိုးပေါက်ဖော် ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ပိုမိုခိုင်မာစေရေး၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ယူနန်ပြည်နယ်အပါအဝင် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား နယ်စပ်ကုန်သွယ်ရေး၊ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့် အကျိုးတူ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ဆက်လက် အရှိန်အဟုန် မြှင့်တင်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေးနှင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ နယ်စပ်တစ်လျှောက် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းရေးအတွက် နှစ်ဖက် ပိုမိုထိရောက်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေး ကိစ္စများနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။
ယင်းနေ့ညနေပိုင်းတွင် တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ၊ ယူနန်ပြည်နယ်ပါတီကော်မတီ ဒုတိယ အတွင်းရေးမှူး မစ္စတာရှီယွီကန်းသည် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စု ဝန်ကြီး ဦးဆောင်သည့် မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့အား ဟိုင်ကန်ဥယျာဉ်ဟိုတယ်၌ ညစာဖြင့် တည်ခင်းဧည့်ခံခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs meets with Mr. Shi Yugang, Deputy Secretary of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China

On the sidelines of the 8th Langcang-Mekong Foreign Ministers Meetings, U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar met with H.E. Mr. Shi Yugang, Deputy Secretary of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of the People’s Republic of China at 17:00 hrs on 9-12-2023, at the Haigeng Garden Hotel in Kunming, China.
At the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views and discussed matters pertaining to the consolidation of the existing traditional bounds of Myanmar-China Pauk Phaw relations, the intensification of border trade, investment and mutually beneficial cooperation between Myanmar and China including Yunnan Province and enhancement of cooperation on matters related to rule of law, security, peace and stability along the border areas of the two countries.
In the evening, Mr. Shi Yugang, Deputy Secretary of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China hosted a dinner in honour of Myanmar Delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at the Haigeng Garden Hotel.
