ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးလွင်ဦး အား ရုရှားနိုင်ငံ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ချီးမြှင့်သည့် “နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေး တိုးတက်ဖော်ဆောင်ခြင်း” ဆုတံဆိပ် (For Interaction) ကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ရုရှားသံအမတ်ကြီး မစ္စတာ အီစ်ကန်ဒဲ အာဇီဇော့ဖ် မှ ၂-၅-၂၀၂၄ ရက်၊ ၁၅၃၀ နာရီတွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ လာရောက်ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါဆုတံဆိပ်သည် နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးတိုးမြှင့်နိုင်ရေး၊ ရုရှားဘာသာစကားနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးမှု တို့အား မြှင့်တင်ပေးရေးတို့၌ တက်ကြွစွာဆောင်ရွက်သည့် ရုရှားလူမျိုးများနှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားသား များကို ချီးမြှင့်ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးအနေဖြင့် ရုရှားနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့စဉ် မြန်မာ-ရုရှား နှစ်နိုင်ငံကဏ္ဍစုံ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရေး၊ ပြည်သူများအကြား ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုတိုးမြှင့်ရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် စစ်ဘက်နည်းပညာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးတို့တွင် အဆင့်မြင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးမှုများ ကျင်းပသွားနိုင်ရေးတို့၌ တက်ကြွစွာလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ခြင်းတို့ကြောင့် ပေးအပ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

U Lwin Oo, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has been awarded the badge “For Interaction” by H.E. Mr. Iskander Azizov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw at 1530 hrs on 2 May 2024.
The award is conferred to those who are performing diligently for the development of bilateral relations, promoting Russian language and culture. During the ambassador tenure in Russia, Deputy Foreign Minister actively contributed in strengthening bilateral relations, promoting people-to-people ties, fostering the Senior Officials Dialogues particularly in the area of security and military-training cooperation.

H.E. U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar received the delegation headed by H.E. Mr. Sergey Glazyev, Member of the Board – Minister in Charge for Integration and Macroeconomics, Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw at 11:00 hrs on 8 April 2024.
During the meeting, they discussed the matter on enhancement of cooperation between Myanmar and Eurasian Economic Union (EEU/EAEU) member countries in the sectors of trade, investment, business to business, people to people contact and so on.
Also present at the meeting were senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the members of the delegation headed by H.E. Mr. Sergey Glazyev.

ဂျီနီဗာမြို့၌ ကုလသမဂ္ဂလူ့အခွင့်အရေးကောင်စီ၏ (၅၅) ကြိမ်မြောက် ပုံမှန်အစည်းအဝေး ကို ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၂၆ ရက်မှ ဧပြီလ ၅ ရက်အထိကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။ ယင်းအစည်းအဝေး တွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာ မဟာမင်းကြီး၏ အပြန်အလှန် ဆွေးနွေးမှုနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးအခြေအနေဆိုင်ရာ အထူးအစီရင်ခံစာတင်သွင်းသူ၏ အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးမှုတို့ကို မတ်လ ၁ ရက်နှင့် ၁၉ ရက်တို့တွင် အသီးသီးပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။ ထို့အပြင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ကောင်စီသည် ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂကိုယ်စား ဘယ်လ်ဂျီယံနိုင်ငံကတင်သွင်းသည့် “မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ လူ့အခွင့် အရေးအခြေအနေ”ခေါင်းစဉ်ပါဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အဆိုကို ဧပြီလ ၄ ရက်တွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မပါဝင်ဘဲ အတည်ပြုချမှတ်ခဲ့သည်။ အဆိုပါ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အဆိုတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လူ့အခွင့် အရေးနှင့် လူသားချင်းစာနာ ထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စများနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အခြေအမြစ်မရှိသည့် တစ်ဖက်သတ်စွပ်စွဲဖော်ပြချက်များ ပါဝင်သည်ကို တွေ့ရှိရသည်။
နိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများရှိသော်လည်း နိုင်ငံတော်တည်ငြိမ်ရေး၊ တရား ဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး၊ သာယာဝပြောရေးနှင့် ပါတီစုံဒီမိုကရေစီ အထွေထွေ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ စနစ်တကျ ကျင်းပနိုင်ရေးတို့အတွက် ဆက်လက်ကြိုးပမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်။ လူသားချင်းစာနာ ထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီများပေးအပ်ရေးနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍လည်း လိုအပ်သူများထံ အချိန်နှင့် တစ်ပြေးညီပေးပို့နိုင်ရေး အလေးထားဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်း၌ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အဖွဲ့အစည်း ၁၆ ဖွဲ့၏ရုံးခွဲများ ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားရှိသည်။ ၂ဝ၂၄ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလအထိ ရရှိသော စာရင်းများအရ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၌ နိုင်ငံခြားသားဝန်ထမ်း ၁၃၀ ကျော်၊ ပြည်တွင်းခန့်ဝန်ထမ်း ၁,၆၀၀ ခန့် အပါအဝင် ဝန်ထမ်းစုစုပေါင်း ၁,၇၀၀ ကျော်လုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အာဆီယံလူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီပေးရေးညှိနှိုင်းမှု ဗဟိုဌာန (AHA Centre)၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ အစိုးရမဟုတ် သော နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် အလှူရှင်နိုင်ငံများ၏သံရုံးများကို မြေပြင်လုံခြုံရေးအခြေအနေပေါ်မူတည်၍ ခရီးသွားရောက်ခွင့်ပြုခဲ့သည်။ လွန်ခဲ့သော သုံးနှစ်အတွင်း အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် အစိုးရမဟုတ်သော နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်း ခရီးသွားလာခွင့် အကြိမ် ၁,ဝဝဝ ကျော်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအခြေစိုက်သံရုံးများအား အကြိမ် ၆ဝ ကျော် ခွင့်ပြုခဲ့သည်။ အထူးသဖြင့် ၂ဝ၂၃ ခုနှစ်အတွင်း ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တစ်ခုတည်းအတွက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား စုစုပေါင်း အကြိမ် ၂၅၀ ခန့်နှင့် အစိုးရမဟုတ်သော နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား အကြိမ် ၃၀၀ ကျော် ခရီးသွားလာခွင့်ပြုခဲ့သည်။ သို့ဖြစ်ရာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ၏ အစီရင်ခံစာ အချို့နှင့် သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ချက် အချို့တွင် အလေးပေးထားသည့် သွားလာခွင့်ငြင်းပယ်ခံရကြောင်း ဖော်ပြချက်များမှာ အခြေအမြစ်မရှိကြောင်း အတိအလင်းဖော်ပြလိုသည်။
ထို့အပြင် မြန်မာအစိုးရအနေဖြင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂဘက်မှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများ၏ အဆိုပြု ခရီးစဉ်များကို ညှိနှိုင်းပေးခဲ့သည်။ လွန်ခဲ့သည့် သုံးနှစ်တာကာလအတွင်း ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူသားချင်း စာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာညှိနှိုင်းရေးရုံး၏ Under-Secretary-General နှင့်ကုလသမဂ္ဂဘေးအန္တရာယ် ကင်းရှင်းရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးဌာန၏ Under-Secretary-General တို့၏ခရီးစဉ်များ အပါအဝင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများ၏ ခရီးစဉ် စုစုပေါင်း ၁၉ ခုကို ညှိနှိုင်းပေးခဲ့သည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်ရှိ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာသူများကို နှစ်နိုင်ငံသဘောတူညီချက်များနှင့်အညီ ပြန်လည်လက်ခံနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပြီး၊ စိစစ်ပြီးနေရပ်စွန့်ခွာသူများကို ပြန်လည်လက်ခံရန်အသင့်ရှိသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအစိုးရအနေဖြင့် ပြန်လည်လက်ခံရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အပြည့်အဝ ကတိကဝတ်ပြုဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်။ လတ်တလောတွင် ပြန်လည်လက်ခံရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကိုမစတင်နိုင်သေးခြင်းမှာ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်၏ လက်ရှိလုံခြုံ ရေးအခြေအနေများကြောင့်ဖြစ်သည်။
နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံကို ဦးတည်သည့်ဆွေးနွေးမှုများ၊ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အဆိုများနှင့် လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်များ၊ ၎င်းတို့၏နောက်ဆက်တွဲ အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးမှုများသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာနိုင်ငံနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ အသိုက်အဝန်းတို့အကြား ဓမ္မဓိဋ္ဌာန်ကျသော အစီရင်ခံမှု၊ အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော ဆွေးနွေးမှုနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုတို့ဖြစ်ပေါ်ရေးကို အထောက်အကူမပြုရုံသာမက ကုလသမဂ္ဂ၏ အခြေခံမူများဖြစ်သည့် သမာသမတ်ကျမှု၊ ဓမ္မဓိဋ္ဌာန်ကျမှု၊ ရွေးချယ်မဆောင်ရွက်မှုတို့နှင့် ဆန့်ကျင်နေခြင်းကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ယင်းတို့ကို အစဉ်တစိုက်ဆန့်ကျင်သည်။ သို့ဖြစ်ရာ ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂကိုယ်စား ဘယ်လ်ဂျီယံနိုင်ငံက တင်သွင်းခဲ့သည့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အဆိုကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ပြတ်သားစွာ ခြွင်းချက်မရှိပယ်ချလိုက်သည်။ မြန်မာအစိုးရအနေဖြင့် ဆွေးနွေးမှုများအတွင်း မျှတစွာရပ်တည်ပေးခဲ့သည့် ခင်မင်ရင်းနှီးသောနိုင်ငံများကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုကျေးဇူးတင်သည်။
ကုလသမဂ္ဂအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်က ယခင်ဩစတြေးလျနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဟောင်း မစ္စ ဂျူလီဘစ်ရှော့ပ်အား ၎င်း၏ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ အထူးကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖြစ် ခန့်အပ်ကြောင်း ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီလ ၅ ရက်တွင် ကြေညာခဲ့သည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အထူးကိုယ်စားလှယ် ခန့်အပ်နိုင်ရေး လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့် ပါဝင်သော ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အဆို အပါအဝင် နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံအပေါ် အရေးယူပစ်မှတ်ထားသည့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အဆိုများကို လက်မခံဘဲပယ်ချသော်လည်း ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် အပြုသဘော ပူပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို ပြသသည့်အနေဖြင့် ယခင်အထူးကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများရှိခဲ့သည်။ ယခု မစ္စဂျူလီဘစ်ရှော့ပ်အား အထူးကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖြစ် ခန့်အပ်ခဲ့မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဘက်က မြန်မာအစိုးရအား တရားဝင်အသိပေးအကြောင်းကြားမှု မရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်သည်။
ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတို့အကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် တစ်ဖက်သတ် ဖိအားပေးမှုများသည် အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများအတွက် အထောက်အကူ ပြုမည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်း၊ အချင်းချင်းနားလည်မှု၊ လေးစားမှုနှင့်အပြန်အလှန် ထိတွေ့ဆောင်ရွက်မှု တို့မှတစ်ဆင့်သာ လက်တွေ့ကျ၍ အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဖြစ်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အလေးထားဖော်ပြအပ်သည်။

The United Nations’ unilateral pressure on Myanmar does not contribute to constructive cooperation

Recently, the United Nations has put pressure on Myanmar from different aspects. An open briefing was convened at the United Nations Security Council in New York on 4 April 2024 and discussed the current situation in Myanmar.
The Human Rights Council held the 55th regular session from 26 February to 5 April 2024 in Geneva. During the meeting the Interactive Dialogues with the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Myanmar were held on 1 and 19 March 2024 respectively. The Human Rights Council also adopted the resolution entitled “Situation of Human Rights in Myanmar” submitted by Belgium on behalf of the EU on 4 April 2024 in the absence of Myanmar (the country-concerned). It is observed that the said resolution included unfounded and one-sided allegations pertaining to the humanitarian assistance and human rights in Myanmar.
Amidst the challenges, the Government continues its endeavors to maintain peace, stability, the rule of law, prosperity and convening general elections systematically. Myanmar always attaches great importance to providing humanitarian assistance to the people in need. 16 UN agencies have opened their field offices throughout Myanmar. As of February 2024, altogether over 1,700 staff, more specifically around 130 international staff and around 1,600 locally recruited staff are working for the UN agencies and international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) in Myanmar.
Travel access has been facilitated for the AHA Center, UN agencies and international organizations, INGOs, and some embassies of donor countries to the requested areas of Myanmar depending on the prevailing situation and on-ground security conditions. During the past three years, the Government has facilitated over 1000 times of travel access to UN agencies and INGOs and more than 60 visits of embassies throughout Myanmar. Particularly, in Rakhine State alone, the Government has granted 250 times of travel authorization to UN agencies and over 300 times to INGOs in 2023. Therefore, Myanmar clearly states that the accusations of access denial mentioned in some reports and statements of the United Nations are groundless.
Moreover, the Government of Myanmar has facilitated the proposed visits of high-level and senior officials of the UN agencies. A total of 19 official visits of high-level and senior officials of the UN and international organizations including the visits of Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Under-Secretary-General for Safety and Security were facilitated during the past three years.
Myanmar is keeping up its efforts for the repatriation of the displaced persons from Rakhine State in accordance with the bilateral instruments and always ready to receive verified displaced persons. The Government is fully committed to the repatriation process. The process has not yet been able to commence due to the current security conditions of the Rakhine State.
Myanmar consistently opposes country-specific resolutions and mandates as well as their follow-up Interactive Dialogues since their modalities do not contribute to objective reporting, constructive dialogue and cooperation between the country- concerned and the international community, in addition to go contrary to the fundamental principles of impartiality, objectivity, and non-selectivity of the Human Rights Council. Therefore, Myanmar categorically rejects the resolution submitted by Belgium on behalf of the EU. The Government highly appreciates the friendly countries that uphold a balanced position during the dialogues.
The United Nations Secretary-General announced the appointment of the former Australian Foreign Minister Ms. Julie Bishop as his Special Envoy on Myanmar on 5 April 2024. Despite Myanmar’s rejection of the country-specific resolutions including the resolution which contains the creation of the mandate of appointing a Special Envoy of the Secretary-General on Myanmar, Myanmar has constructively cooperated with the previous Special Envoys of the Secretary-General on Myanmar as a gesture of constructive cooperation with the United Nations. Pertaining to the appointment of Ms. Julie Bishop as the Special Envoy on Myanmar, no official communication has been made to Myanmar by the United Nations.
Myanmar underscores that unilateral pressure does not contribute to constructive cooperation between Myanmar and the United Nations. Mutual understanding, respect and reciprocal engagement will bring pragmatic and positive cooperation.

ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးသန်းဆွေသည် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးဌာန (UN Department of Safety and Security- UNDSS) ၏ အကြီးအကဲ Under-Secretary-General Mr. Gilles Michaud ကို ယနေ့နံနက်၁၁နာရီခွဲတွင် နေပြည်တော် ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့သည်။
တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် Under-Secretary-General Mr. Gilles Michaud က ကုလသမဂ္ဂဝန်ထမ်း များ၏ ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံရေးနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခွင့်တို့နှင့် ပတ်သက် ၍ အဓိက ဆွေးနွေးသည်။ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စု ဝန်ကြီးက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ ဘေးကင်း လုံခြုံမှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အလေးပေး ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးလျက် ရှိကြောင်းနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်အတွက် သွားလာ ခွင့်နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အတတ်နိုင်ဆုံး ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးလျက် ရှိကြောင်း ပြန်လည် ဆွေးနွေးသည်။ ထို့အပြင် နိုင်ငံဖြတ်ကျော်မှုခင်းကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ လည်း အမြင်ချင်း ဖလှယ်ဆွေး နွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ယာယီဌာနေ ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးနှင့် လူသားချင်း စာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ ယာယီ ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူး Mr. Marcoluigi Corsi နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လုံခြုံရေးအကြံပေး Mr. Marco Smoliner တို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်းသိရှိရပါသည်။

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and the Union Minister for Foreign Affairs received Mr. Gilles Michaud, UN Under-Secretary-General for Safety and Security, at 11:30 hrs on 4 April 2024, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, Mr. Gilles Michaud discussed the security of the UN personnel and the travel access for operating respective functions of UN Agencies in Myanmar. The Deputy Prime Minister and the Union Minister for Foreign Affairs responded that Myanmar highly prioritizes the safety and security of the UN personnel and facilitates at its best for the travel access for the UN agencies. Moreover, they exchanged views on matters related to transnational crimes.
Also present at the meeting were senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Marcoluigi Corsi, UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator a.i. and Mr. Marco Smoliner, Security Advisor of UNDSS in Myanmar.
