မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက (၁၀) ကြိမ်မြောက် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အဆင့်မြင့် အရာရှိကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေးကို ၃-၁၁-၂၀၂၃ ရက်တွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ Jasmine Naypyitaw ဟိုတယ်၌ အိမ်ရှင်အဖြစ် လက်ခံကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါအစည်းအဝေးသို့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ရန် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပူးတွဲဥက္ကဋ္ဌဖြစ်သည့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများ ဖြစ်ကြသည့် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား၊ လာအို၊ ထိုင်း၊ ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံတို့မှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများသည် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ လိုက်ပါလျက် ရန်ကုန်မြို့မှတစ်ဆင့် နေပြည်တော်အပြည်ပြည် ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်သို့ ၂-၁၁-၂၀၂၃ ရက်၊ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် ရောက်ရှိခဲ့သည်။
၂-၁၁-၂၀၂၃ ရက်၊ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးလွင်ဦးက အစည်းအဝေးသို့ တက်ရောက်ရန် လာရောက်ကြသည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့များအား နေပြည်တော်ရှိ Jasmine Naypyitaw ဟိုတယ်၌ ကြိုဆိုညစာစားပွဲဖြင့် တည်ခင်းဧည့်ခံခဲ့သည်။ ညစာစားပွဲတွင် သာသနာရေးနှင့်ယဉ်ကျေးမှုဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ အနုပညာရှင်များက ယဉ်ကျေးမှု အကအလှများဖြင့် ဖျော်ဖြေတင်ဆက်ကြသည်။
၃-၁၁-၂၀၂၃ ရက်၊ နံနက်ပိုင်းတွင် (၁၀) ကြိမ်မြောက် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှု အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေးကို Jasmine Naypyitaw ဟိုတယ်၊ သံလွင်ခန်းမ၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။ အစည်းအဝေး၌ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့်စီးပွားရေးဦးစီးဌာန၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဒေါ်မာလာသန်းထိုက် နှင့် တရုတ် နိုင်ငံ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ လက်ထောက်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး Mr. Nong Rong တို့က ပူးတွဲဥက္ကဋ္ဌများအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးသို့ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား နိုင်ငံခြားရေးနှင့်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး Mr. Meas Kim Heng၊ လာအိုနိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ စီးပွားရေးရာဦးစီးဌာန၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် Mr. Somboun Sihanath၊ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ မဲခေါင်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ သံအမတ်ကြီး Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama နှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy တို့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
အစည်းအဝေး၌ ပူးတွဲဥက္ကဋ္ဌများဖြစ်ကြသည့် မြန်မာနှင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့က အဖွင့် အမှာစကားများ အသီးသီး ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီးနောက်၊ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများက မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှု အခြေအနေများအပေါ် သုံးသပ်ကာ၊ အနာဂတ် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။
ထို့နောက် ပူးတွဲဥက္ကဋ္ဌများဖြစ်ကြသည့် မြန်မာ နှင့် တရုတ် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်တို့က နိဂုံးချုပ်စကားများ အသီးသီးပြောကြားကာ အစည်းအဝေး အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြီးဆုံးခဲ့သည်။ အစည်းအဝေးအပြီးတွင် ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဒေါ်မာလာသန်းထိုက်က အစည်းအဝေးသို့ တက်ရောက်လာကြသည့် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အဖွဲ့ဝင် နိုင်ငံများမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့များအား အဆိုပါဟိုတယ်၌ နေ့လယ်စာဖြင့် တည်ခင်းဧည့်ခံခဲ့ သည်။ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား၊ လာအို၊ ထိုင်းနှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံတို့မှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့များသည် ယင်းနေ့၊ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် နေပြည်တော်မှ အသီးသီး ပြန်လည်ထွက်ခွာသွားခဲ့သည်။
မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုသည် ဒေသတွင်းငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် သာယာဝပြော ရေးတို့ကို ဖော်ဆောင်သွားရန်၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကွာဟချက်များကို လျှော့ချရန်နှင့် ဒေသတွင်း နိုင်ငံများ၏ အလုံးစုံပါဝင်သော စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုရရှိစေရေး ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများကို အထောက်အကူပြုရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများ အဖြစ် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား၊ တရုတ်၊ လာအို၊ မြန်မာ၊ ထိုင်းနှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံတို့ ပါဝင်သည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့သည် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု၏ ပူးတွဲဥက္ကဋ္ဌများ အဖြစ် ပူးတွဲထမ်းဆောင်လျက်ရှိသည်။
Myanmar hosts 10th Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Senior Officials’ Meeting in Nay Pyi Taw

Myanmar hosted the 10th Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Senior Officials’ Meeting on 3 November 2023 at Jasmine Naypyitaw Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw.
The Senior Officials from the Co-chair of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation, China and from other Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Member States which are Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam accompanied by their delegations arrived at the Nay Pyi Taw International Airport in the evening of 2nd November 2023 via Yangon to attend the 10th MLC SOM.
In the evening of 2nd November, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Lwin Oo hosted a Welcome Dinner in honour of the MLC delegations at Jasmine Naypyitaw Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw. At the dinner, the artistes from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture entertained the dignitaries and guests with the Cultural Performance.
The 10th Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Senior Officials’ Meeting was held at Thanlwin Hall of the Jasmine Naypyitaw Hotel in the morning of 3rd November. The Meeting was co-chaired by Daw Marlar Than Htaik, Director General of the International Organizations and Economic Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar and Mr. Nong Rong, Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
The Meeting was attended by Mr. Meas Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, Mr. Somboun Sihanath, Director General, Economic Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lao PDR, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Ambassador for Mekong Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam.
After delivering the opening remarks by the Co-chairs, Myanmar and China respectively, the Heads of Delegation of MLC reviewed the progress of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation and also exchanged views on future MLC cooperation.
The Meeting was successfully concluded after delivering the closing remarks by Heads of Delegation of Co-chairs, Myanmar and China. After the Meeting, the Director General Daw Marlar Than Htaik hosted a lunch in honour of delegations to the 10th MLC SOM at the same Hotel. The delegations from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam left Nay Pyi Taw in the evening respectively.
Mekong-Lancang Cooperation was established in 2016 with an aim to assist regional efforts to achieve sustainable inclusive development and narrow development gaps in the region while promoting peace and prosperity. Cambodia, China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam are the members of the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation. Myanmar and China have been serving as the Co-chairs of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation
