ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးသန်းဆွေသည် ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်ဆိုင်ရာ အထူးအာဏာကုန်လွှဲအပ်ခြင်းခံရသော ရုရှား ဖက်ဒရေးရှင်းနိုင်ငံသံအမတ်ကြီးအသစ်အဖြစ် ခန့်အပ်ခံရသည့် မစ္စတာ အီစ်ကန်ဒဲ အာဇီဇော့ဖ် အား ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ အောက်တို ဘာလ ၂၅ ရက် (၁၃၀၀) နာရီတွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး၏ ဧည့်ခန်းမ၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့သည်။
ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက သံအမတ်ကြီးအား ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်ဆိုင်ရာ အထူးအာဏာကုန်လွှဲအပ်ခြင်းခံရသော ရုရှား ဖက်ဒရေးရှင်းနိုင်ငံသံအမတ်ကြီးအဖြစ် ခန့်အပ်ခြင်းခံရသည့်အတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက် ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး၊ မြန်မာ-ရုရှား နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးသော ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ပြည်သူ အချင်းချင်း ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံမှု၊ ကုန်သွယ် ရေး၊ စီးပွားရေး၊ ပညာရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ ယဉ်ကျေး မှု၊ စွမ်းအင်၊ လျှပ်စစ်နှင့် ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းအပါအဝင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ အကျိုးတူပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်ရေးနှင့် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာမျက်နှာစာတွင် ပိုမိုနီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက် သွားရေးကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe receives newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar H.E. Mr. Iskander Azizov at 1300 hrs on 25 October 2023 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his recent appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. They cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the friendly bilateral relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries including the promotion of people to people contacts, and cooperation in trade, economic, education, health, culture, energy, electricity and tourism sectors, as well as closer collaboration in regional and multilateral contexts.
