“ဧရာဝတီ-ကျောက်ဖရား-မဲခေါင် စီးပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုမဟာဗျူဟာ” (အက်ခ်မက်) အလှည့်ကျ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန် အောင်မြင်စွာထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းမှုမြှင့်တင်ရေး” အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၂၀ ရက်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ လောကနတ်ခန်းမ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ သည်။
အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနား၌ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက အဖွင့်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားရာတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ဒေသတွင်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအစီအစဉ်များတွင် တက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါ ကြောင်း၊ ပထမအကြိမ်အက်ခ်မက် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးကို ၂၀၀၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် ပုဂံမြို့၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပြီး၊ (၆) ကြိမ်မြောက် အက်ခ်မက် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးကို ၂၀၁၅ ခုနှစ်တွင် နေပြည်တော်၌ အိမ်ရှင်အဖြစ် လက်ခံ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါကြောင်း၊ ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလက တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၊ ကူမင်းမြို့၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် (၁၀) ကြိမ်မြောက် အက်ခ်မက်ထိပ်သီး အစည်းအဝေး တွင် အက်ခ်မက်အလှည့်ကျ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန်ကို လာအိုနိုင်ငံထံမှ လွှဲပြောင်းလက်ခံခဲ့ပါကြောင်း၊ လာမည့် (၁၁) ကြိမ်မြောက် အက်ခ်မက်ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက အလှည့်ကျ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌအဖြစ် ဦးဆောင်ကျင်းပသွားရမည် ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ ယင်း (၁၁)ကြိမ်မြောက် အက်ခ်မက် ထိပ်သီး အစည်းအဝေးခေါင်းစဉ် (Theme) အဖြစ် “Strengthening Socio-Economic Development towards Smart and Sustainable ACMECS” (လူမှုစီးပွားဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးကို တိုးမြှင့်ဖော်ဆောင်ကာ ခေတ်မီ၍ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်သော အက်ခ်မက်ဒေသ တည်ဆောက်ကြပါစို့) ကို အတည်ပြုရွေးချယ်ထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်စဉ် အကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ယခု အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ကျင်းပခြင်းဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ဒေသတွင်းလူမှုစီးပွား ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို အထောက်အကူပြုစေမည့် စိုက်ပျိုးရေးအခြေခံစက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး၊ သစ်တောသယံဇာတများကို အရည်အသွေးမြင့် လူသုံးကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအဖြစ် တိုးမြှင့်ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်း စောင့်ရှောက်ရေး စသည်တို့ကို အလေးထားဆောင်ရွက်မည့် နယ်ပယ်များအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ထားရှိပြီး ဦးစားပေးဆောင်ရွက် သွားရန် လိုအပ်ပါကြောင်း၊ ယခုအလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ သည် အက်ခ်မက်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အောက်ရှိ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများ၏ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အတွေ့အကြုံများ၊ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် ရှေ့ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည့် လုပ်ငန်း အစီအစဉ်များအပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ရန် အခွင့်အရေးကောင်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ၏ စုံညီဆွေးနွေးပွဲအစီအစဉ်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးဦးလွင်ဦးက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ အက်ခ်မက်အလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်သွား မည့် အစည်းအဝေးများနှင့် အစီအစဉ်များ၊ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ကျင်းပရခြင်း ရည်ရွယ်ချက် များနှင့် မျှော်မှန်းရလဒ်များနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ဆွေးနွေးပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ထို့နောက် အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေး ပွဲသို့ တက်ရောက်လာသည့် ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများမှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများနှင့် ဘာသာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များက အက်ခ်မက်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအောက်တွင် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ အက်ခ်မက်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ဆိုင်ရာ ဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှု များနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက လက်တွေ့ဆောင်ရွက်သွားနိုင်မည့် စီမံကိန်းများနှင့် အစီအစဉ်များ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက အက်ခ်မက်အလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန် ထမ်းဆောင်စဉ်ကာလအတွင်း ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းမှုများ ထိရောက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားနိုင်ရေး၊ အက်ခ်မက် စီမံကိန်းများနှင့် အစီအစဉ်များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ရေးဆွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ရေးနှင့် အက်ခ်မက်အလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန် အောင်မြင်စွာ ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းမှု ဆက်လက်မြှင့်တင်သွားရေးတို့နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။
ထို့နောက် ပိတ်ပွဲအခမ်းအနား၌ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးလွင်ဦးက နိဂုံးချုပ်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားရာတွင် အက်ခ်မက်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မဏ္ဍိုင်(၃)ခုအောက်တွင်ရှိသည့် ဦးစားပေး စီမံကိန်းများနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းအစီအစဉ်များကို ပြည်တွင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များနှင့်အညီ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများအနေဖြင့် ဆက်လက် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန် တိုက်တွန်း ကြောင်း၊ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ၏ ရလဒ်များကို ဆက်လက်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်းဖြင့် မိမိတို့နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဒေသတွင်း ရေရှည်အကျိုးစီးပွားဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည့် အစီအစဉ်များ ချမှတ် ဖော်ဆောင်သွားရန် တိုက်တွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ပိတ်သိမ်းခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ အက်ခ်မက်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များကို တာဝန်ယူ ထားသည့် ဝန်ကြီးဌာန (၂၀)မှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများနှင့် ဘာသာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် စုစုပေါင်း (၆၀) ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရသည်။

A Workshop on “Promoting the Role and Coordination of Ministries for the Successful ACMECS Chairmanship” held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

A workshop on “Promoting the Role and Coordination of Ministries for the Successful Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) Chairmanship” took place at the Lawkanat Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 20 February 2025.
In his opening remarks at the opening session of the workshop, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe highlighted that, Myanmar has been actively participating in international and regional cooperation mechanisms. He also recalled that Myanmar hosted the First ACMECS Summit in Bagan in 2003 and the Sixth Summit in Nay Pyi Taw in 2015. He also informed that Myanmar assumed ACMECS Chairmanship from Lao PDR during the 10th ACMECS Summit held in Kunming, China on 7 November 2024 and is set to convene the upcoming 11th ACMECS Summit as Chair. “Strengthening Socio-Economic Development towards Smart and Sustainable ACMECS” has been selected as the Theme of the 11th ACMECS Summit. The workshop is held with the aim to successfully assume Chairmanship during its term. Moreover, the implementation needs to be emphasized with the focus of areas such as agro-based industrial development with the aim to support regional socio-economic development, increase production of quality consumer goods from forestry resources and environmental protection. He further emphasized that the workshop will provide a good opportunity for participants to exchange views, share experiences, discuss challenges, and outline future plans and activities.
In the Plenary Session, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Lwin Oo gave an overview of planned meetings and activities to be carried out during Myanmar’s ACMECS Chairmanship and purposes and expected outcomes of the workshop. During the workshop, senior officials and representatives from respective ministries shared their views on matters related to activities and progress under ACMECS cooperation; viable projects and programmes to be implemented during Myanmar’s ACMECS Chairmanship; and effective cooperation and coordination during Myanmar’s Chairmanship; developing action plans in order to realize the ACMCES projects and programmes; and enhancing the role and coordination of respective ministries for the successful Myanmar’s ACMECS Chairmanship.
In the Closing Session, Deputy Minister U Lwin Oo concluded the workshop by encouraging the respective ministries to continue implementing prioritized projects and work plans under the Three Pillars of ACMECS cooperation in alignment with internal processes and to translate the workshop’s outcomes into actionable plans that will deliver long-term benefits for the nation and the region as a whole.
The workshop was attended by approximately 60 senior government officials and representatives from the respective ministries involved in ACMECS cooperation.
