ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးသည် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၆ ရက်နေ့ ၁၃၃၀ နာရီအချိန်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဧည့်ခန်းမ၌ AHA Centre မှ အမှုဆောင်ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး မစ္စတာလီယမ်မင်း ဦးဆောင်သည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့အား လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါအစည်းအဝေးသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး ဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး၊ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ အာဆီယံရေးရာဦးစီးဌာန၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်နှင့် အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အစည်းအဝေး၌ မစ္စတာလီယမ်မင်းသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုအကူအညီ များ ပေးအပ်ရန် AHA Centre မှ ရှေ့ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်မည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး အာဆီယံတူညီဆန္ဒ(၅)ချက်၏ စတုတ္ထအချက်အကောင်အထည်ဖော် သည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တစ်လျှောက်တွင်သာမက ဆိုက်ကလုန်းမိုခါရိုက်ခတ်ခံစားခဲ့ရမှုများအား တုံ့ပြန် ရာတွင် အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စေရေး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအစိုးရ၏ ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့မှုများအပေါ် ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က AHA Centre ၏ ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှုများအတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိ ကြောင်း ပြောကြားကာ လိုအပ်နေသည့် မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ အမှန်တကယ်လိုအပ်ချက်ကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းနိုင်ရန်အတွက် အတူတကွ ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်လိုကြောင်း၊ ပြည်သူများ အတွက် ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးတွင် ကာလရှည်အကျိုးရှိစေမည့် ဦးဆောင်ဦးရွက်ပြုမှုများကို လည်း ဆောင်ရွက်စေလိုပါကြောင်း အလေးအနက်ထား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် ဒုတိယ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က AHA Centre ၏ လုပ်ငန်းအကောင်အထည်ဖော်မှုနှင့် လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု အကူ အညီများ အမှန်တကယ်လိုအပ်နေသူများထံသို့ ရောက်ရှိရေး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ဆက်လက် ပံ့ပိုးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးသည် ၁၄၃၀ နာရီအချိန်တွင် ပြီးဆုံးခဲ့ပါသည်။

The Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs received the Delegation led by the Executive Director of the AHA Centre

On 6 February 2025, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Union Minister for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar welcomed the delegation led by Mr. Lee Yam Ming, Executive Director of the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (AHA Centre). The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Permanent Secretary, Director-General, and senior officials from the ASEAN Affairs Department.
During the meeting, Mr. Lee Yam Ming provided an overview of the AHA Centre's future plans for the provision of humanitarian assistance to Myanmar, while expressing appreciation to the Government of Myanmar for invaluable support in facilitating the AHA Centre’s works in Myanmar throughout the entire process of the implementation of the Point 4 of the Five-Point Consensus as well as its works in response to Cyclone MOCHA.
The Deputy Prime Minister expressed gratitude for the AHA Centre’s efforts and underscored the importance of a coordinated approach to address the actual needs of vulnerable populations. He further emphasized the need to extend support for long-term recovery initiatives for those Myanmar people in need. He then reaffirmed Myanmar’s continued support to the AHA Centre’s operations in Myanmar and to ensure that all the assistance reach to all in need.
