တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၊ ပေကျင်းမြို့တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် (၈) ကြိမ်မြောက် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများအဆင့် အစည်းအဝေးများ ကာလအတွင်း သီးခြားဆွေးနွေးပွဲအဖြစ် ၆-၁၂-၂၀၂၃ ရက် (၁၆၃၀) နာရီတွင် ကျောက်ယွိထိုင် နိုင်ငံတော်ဧည့်ဂေဟာ၌ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး၊ ဦးသန်းဆွေနှင့် တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး မစ္စတာဝမ်ယိတို့ တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့သည်။
ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် အစဉ်အလာအရ တည်ရှိပြီးဖြစ်သည့် မြန်မာ-တရုတ် ဆွေမျိုးပေါက်ဖော် ဆက်ဆံရေးအား ပိုမိုခိုင်မာစေရေး၊ မြန်မာ-တရုတ် စီးပွားရေးစင်္ကြံနှင့် ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့်ပိုးလမ်းမ စီမံကိန်းအောက်မှ ကျောက်ဖြူရေနက်ဆိပ်ကမ်း၊ တရုတ်-မြန်မာ မီးရထားလမ်းဖောက်လုပ်ရေးနှင့် လျှပ်စစ်ဓါတ်အား ဖြန့်ဖြူးရေးကွန်ရက် တည်ထောင်ရေးအပါအဝင် အကျိုးတူပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ စီမံကိန်းများ အရှိန်အဟုန်မြှင့်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေး၊ မြန်မာ-တရုတ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ နယ်စပ်ဒေသတစ်လျှောက် လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းရေး ထိန်းသိမ်းသွားရေးအပြင် တရားမဝင် မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး ရောင်းဝယ်ဖောက်ကားမှု၊ လူကုန်ကူးမှုနှင့် အွန်လိုင်းလိမ်လည်မှုများ အမြစ်ပြတ် တိုက်ဖျက်သွားရေးအတွက် နှစ်ဖက်တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး အဖွဲ့များအကြား ပိုမိုနီးကပ်စွာ ဆက်လက်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေး၊ နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးအပေါ် ထိခိုက်စေနိုင်သည့် သတင်းအမှားများကို ဟန့်တားထိန်းချုပ်သွားနိုင်ရန် မီဒီယာကဏ္ဍတွင် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေးနှင့် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အပါအဝင် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာမျက်နှာစာများတွင် ပိုမိုနီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေးကိစ္စရပ်များကို ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။
ထို့ပြင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံပြည်သူများအကြား ယုံကြည်မှု၊ နားလည်မှုနှင့် ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှု ပိုမို မြှင့်တင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံမှ ဗုဒ္ဓစွယ်တော်မြတ်အား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ သင့်လျော်မည့်အချိန်တွင် ပဉ္စမအကြိမ်မြောက် ပင့်ဆောင်သွားနိုင်ရန်အတွက် နှစ်ဖက်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။
တရုတ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး မစ္စတာဝမ်ယိက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အချုပ်အခြာအာဏာ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုနှင့် နယ်မြေတည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲမှုတို့အပေါ် အစဉ်လေးစားမှုနှင့် မြန်မာ့ပြည်တွင်းရေးတွင် ဝင်ရောက်စွက်ဖက်မှု မပြုခြင်းနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသည့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးလမ်းကြောင်း ရွေးချယ်မှုတို့အပေါ် ထောက်ခံလျက်ရှိသည့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ရပ်တည်ချက်ကို ထပ်လောင်း အတည်ပြု ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs meets with Mr. Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of China

On the sidelines of the 8th Mekong- Lancang Foreign Ministers’ Meetings held in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar met with H.E. Mr. Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China at 1630 hrs on 6-12-2023, at the Diaoyutai State Guest House.
At the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the consolidation of the existing traditional bonds of Myanmar-China Pauk Phaw relations, acceleration of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries including bilateral projects under the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor (CMEC) and the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) such as Kyauk Phyu Deep Seaport, China-Myanmar Railway and cross-border electricity distribution networks, closer collaboration between the law enforcement agencies of Myanmar and China for the maintenance of security, peace and stability along the Myanmar-China border areas and total elimination of illegal drugs and human trafficking as well as online frauds, enhancement of cooperation in the media sector in controlling misinformation that could impact bilateral relations and closer coordination in Mekong-Lancang cooperation mechanism as well as other regional and multilateral arenas.
Both sides also discussed the possibility of conveying Buddha Tooth Relic for the 5th time to Myanmar at an appropriate time with a view to further promoting trust, understanding and friendship between the two countries.
Mr. Wang Yi, Chinese Foreign Minister reiterated China’s position of respecting the sovereignty and territory integrity, and non interference in the internal affairs of Myanmar as well as support for Myanmar’s development path that suits the country.
