Chairman of the State Administration Council, Prime Minister of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has appointed U Chan Aye, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of Kuwait.
