နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဖွင့်လှစ်သည့် အခြေခံသံတမန်ရေးရာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်း အမှတ်စဉ်(၄၄/၂၀၂၃)၏ သင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားများကို ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် ၊ အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၆ ရက် (တနင်္လာနေ့)၊ နံနက်(၁၀:၃၀)နာရီအချိန်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန(နေပြည်တော်)ရှိ လောကနတ်ခန်းမ၌လည်းကောင်း၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန (ရန်ကုန်) ရှိ ဝန်ဇင်းမင်းရာဇာခန်းမ၌ လည်းကောင်း တစ်ပြိုင်တည်းကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးသန်းဆွေမှ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ရန်ကုန်မြို့၌ တက်ရောက်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါသင်တန်းတွင် သံတမန်ရေးရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာများ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာ ဆက်ဆံရေးဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာဥပဒေများ၊ စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ စေ့စပ်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာအစည်းအဝေးကျင်းပခြင်း စသည့် ဘာသာရပ်များ ပါဝင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး သင်တန်းကာလမှာ ရက်သတ္တ(၁၂)ပတ် ကြာမြင့်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
သင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးများ၊ အမြဲတမ်း အတွင်းဝန်၊ အငြိမ်းစားသံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ ဝါရင့်သံတမန်များ၊ ဘာသာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာကျွမ်းကျင်သူများ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဝန်ကြီးရုံးနှင့် ဦးစီးဌာနများမှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ၊ ဝန်ကြီးဌာန အသီးသီးမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ တက္ကသိုလ်များမှ ပါမောက္ခဆရာကြီး/ဆရာမကြီးများနှင့် နေပြည်တော် နှင့် ရန်ကုန်မြို့တို့မှ သင်တန်းသား/သင်တန်းသူ(၁၀၀)ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အခြေခံသံတမန်ရေးရာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်းများကို ၂၀၀၀ ပြည့်နှစ်ကတည်းက စတင် ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး၊ နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းများသာမက သံတမန်ရေးရာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာများအား စိတ်ဝင်စားသော ပြင်ပပုဂ္ဂလိကနယ်ပယ်အသီးသီးမှ လေ့လာလိုသူများ တက်ရောက်သင်ယူနိုင် ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
ဆက်လက်၍ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးသည် မြန်မာသံတမန်သင်တန်းကျောင်း ထူထောင်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားရှိသော မြန်မာသံတမန် သင်တန်းကျောင်း အတိုင်ပင်ခံပညာရှင်များအဖွဲ့၊ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန(ရန်ကုန်) ရှိ စတုရင်္ဂဗလခန်းမ၌ ယင်းနေ့နံနက် (၁၁:၃၀) နာရီအချိန်တွင် တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ် ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ထို့နောက် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာလေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့မှ ဝါရင့်အကြံပေးအဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၊ အမှုဆောင်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံသည့်အခမ်းအနားကို ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာလေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့ရုံး အစည်းအဝေးခန်းမ၌ ယင်းနေ့(၁၄:၀၀)နာရီအချိန်တွင် ကျင်းပ ခဲ့ပြီး၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးမှ အမှာစကား ပြောကြား ခဲ့ရာ ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်ဆံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအခြေအနေများနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ လေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့အနေဖြင့် နိုင်ငံ၏အမျိုးသားအကျိုးစီးပွားအတွက် ကဏ္ဍစုံတွင် ပညာရှင်ရှုထောင့် မှ အကြံပြုချက်များ အထောက်အကူပြုပံ့ပိုးနိုင်ရန် တိုက်တွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
တွေ့ဆုံပွဲအခမ်းအနားတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာလေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့မှ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌနှင့် ဝါရင့်အကြံပေးအဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၊ အမှုဆောင်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး အဖွဲ့၏ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် လုပ်ငန်းအခြေအနေများနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အသီးသီးအစီရင်ခံ တင်ပြခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
Certificate Courses in Basic Diplomatic Skills Inauguration Ceremonies and Meeting with the members of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies

The Inauguration Ceremonies of the Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (44/2023) conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was held in parallel at the Lawkanat hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw and at the Wunzinminyarzar Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yangon at 10:30 a.m. today with the opening remark delivered by U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs in Yangon.
The 12-week part-time certificate course covers diplomacy, international relations, international law, economics, international affairs, negotiation skills and international conferencing.
Present on the occasion were Deputy Ministers for Foreign Affairs, Permanent Secretary, retired Myanmar Ambassadors and Senior Diplomats, Director Generals from the departments under the Ministry, Professors and Instructors from respective universities and about 100 trainees from Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon.
The Certificate Courses in Basic Diplomatic Skills has been conducted since the year 2000, not only for government staff but also for those from private and public sectors who are passionate about diplomacy and international relations, it was learnt.
Furthermore, U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister, and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of Myanmar met the members of the Advisory Group of Myanmar Diplomatic Academy for the establishment of the Myanmar Diplomatic Academy at the Satuyingabala Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yangon at 11:30 hrs.
Moreover, U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister, and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of Myanmar delivered the remarks at the Meeting with the members of the Senior Advisory Board and the Executive Board of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies, which was held at the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies’ meeting room in Yangon on 16th October 2023 (Monday) at 14:00 hrs.
At the Meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister explained the cooperation in regional and international relations. In addition, he encouraged the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies to contribute their advice and recommendations from the Academic point of view in the various sectors for the national interests.
Chairman of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies, the members of the Senior Advisory Board and the Executive Board of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies reported to the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister on the current activities undertaken by the Institute.
