နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ မြန်မာ့ရိုးရာထမနဲထိုးပြိုင်ပွဲကို ဝန်ထမ်းများ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်ရေး၊ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ပျော်ရွှင်စေရေး၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများအကြား အပြန်အလှန်ချစ်ကြည် ရင်းနှီးမှုနှင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းစိတ်ဓာတ် ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခိုင်မာအားကောင်းလာစေရေး၊ ပျော်ရွှင်စွာဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေး၊ မြန်မာ့ရိုးရာယဉ်ကျေးမှုအစဉ်အလာကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဟူသော ရည်ရွယ် ချက်များဖြင့် ယနေ့ ၂၁-၂-၂၀၂၅ ရက် (သောကြာနေ့) မွန်းလွဲပိုင်းတွင် နေပြည်တော်၊ ရုံးအမှတ် (၉)၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ စည်ကားသိုက်မြိုက်စွာ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ ထမနဲထိုးပြိုင်ပွဲသို့ အထူးဧည့်သည်တော်အဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတော်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီ၊ အဖွဲ့ဝင် ဦးဝဏ္ဏမောင်လွင်၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးသန်းဆွေ၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးများဖြစ်ကြသည့် ဦးလွင်ဦးနှင့် ဦးကိုကိုကျော်၊ သံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ ဌာန ဆိုင်ရာ အကြီးအကဲများနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများ စုံညီစွာတက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး ပျော်ရွှင်စွာ ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲခဲ့ ကြပါသည်။
ထမနဲထိုးပြိုင်ပွဲကို နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဝန်ကြီးရုံးနှင့် ဦးစီးဌာနတို့မှ ဌာနအလိုက် အရာထမ်း၊ အမှုထမ်းများ ပါဝင်သည့် ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်အသင်း (၈)သင်းတို့က မြန်မာ့ရိုးရာ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု အစဉ်အလာအတိုင်း အမှတ်ပေးသတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ အားကြိုးမာန်တက် ပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင် ကြပြီး ဝန်ထမ်းများကလည်း ဦးစီးဌာနအလိုက် အိုးစည်ဒိုးပတ်၊ သံချပ်များဖြင့် တီးမှုတ်ကခုန်ကာ ပျော်ရွှင်စွာ အားပေးခဲ့ကြသည်။ နိုင်ငံတော်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီ အဖွဲ့ဝင်၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ် နှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးများနှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများမှ ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်အသင်း (၈)သင်းတို့ ၏ ထမနဲထိုးပြိုင်ပွဲ ယှဉ်ပြိုင်နေမှုများကို လိုက်လံကြည့်ရှုအားပေးပြီး ပြိုင်ပွဲတွင် ဆုရရှိသည့် အသင်းများကို ဆုများအသီးသီးချီးမြှင့်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Ambassador of Myanmar to Canada attends the Meeting of the ASEAN Committee in Ottawa and a Working Lunch

Ambassador of Myanmar to Canada U Hau Khan Sum attended the 289th Meeting of the ASEAN Committee in Ottawa (ACO) Heads of Mission and a Working Lunch hosted by Mr. Kallayana Vipattipumiprates, Ambassador of Thailand and current Chair of the ACO on 19 February 2025 at the Royal Ottawa Golf Club in Ottawa.
The Meeting chaired by Ambassador Kallayana Vipattipumiprates of Thailand discussed and exchanged views on programme of events to be carried out during Thailand’s Chairmanship including Working Lunches with Senators, Members of Parliament and Ambassadors from ASEAN’s Dialogue Partners in Ottawa. The Meeting was followed by a Working Lunch with The Hon. Senator Yuen Pau Woo and The Hon. Senator Flordeliz (Gigi) Osler. During the Working Lunch, the ASEAN Heads of Mission and the Senators exchanged views on promoting the status of the Canada-ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group to the level of an Association

ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးတိုးမြှင့်ရေးနှင့် စီးပွားရေးပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို ပိုမို အားကောင်းခိုင်မာလာစေရေး၊ ကုန်သွယ်မှုနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုတို့ကို မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရေးကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ရင်းနှီးစွာအမြင်ခြင်းဖလှယ်ခဲ့ကြသည်။

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of Myanmar received H.E. Mr. Harishchandra Ghimire, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received H.E. Mr. Harishchandra Ghimire, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at 10:30 hrs on 20 February 2025 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on expanding bilateral relations, focusing on strengthening economic cooperation and promoting trade and investment between the two countries.
Also present at the meeting were senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

ထို့နောက် ပိတ်ပွဲအခမ်းအနား၌ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးလွင်ဦးက နိဂုံးချုပ်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားရာတွင် အက်ခ်မက်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မဏ္ဍိုင်(၃)ခုအောက်တွင်ရှိသည့် ဦးစားပေး စီမံကိန်းများနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းအစီအစဉ်များကို ပြည်တွင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များနှင့်အညီ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများအနေဖြင့် ဆက်လက် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန် တိုက်တွန်း ကြောင်း၊ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ၏ ရလဒ်များကို ဆက်လက်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်းဖြင့် မိမိတို့နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဒေသတွင်း ရေရှည်အကျိုးစီးပွားဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည့် အစီအစဉ်များ ချမှတ် ဖော်ဆောင်သွားရန် တိုက်တွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ပိတ်သိမ်းခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ အက်ခ်မက်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များကို တာဝန်ယူ ထားသည့် ဝန်ကြီးဌာန (၂၀)မှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများနှင့် ဘာသာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် စုစုပေါင်း (၆၀) ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရသည်။

A Workshop on “Promoting the Role and Coordination of Ministries for the Successful ACMECS Chairmanship” held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

A workshop on “Promoting the Role and Coordination of Ministries for the Successful Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) Chairmanship” took place at the Lawkanat Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 20 February 2025.
In his opening remarks at the opening session of the workshop, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe highlighted that, Myanmar has been actively participating in international and regional cooperation mechanisms. He also recalled that Myanmar hosted the First ACMECS Summit in Bagan in 2003 and the Sixth Summit in Nay Pyi Taw in 2015. He also informed that Myanmar assumed ACMECS Chairmanship from Lao PDR during the 10th ACMECS Summit held in Kunming, China on 7 November 2024 and is set to convene the upcoming 11th ACMECS Summit as Chair. “Strengthening Socio-Economic Development towards Smart and Sustainable ACMECS” has been selected as the Theme of the 11th ACMECS Summit. The workshop is held with the aim to successfully assume Chairmanship during its term. Moreover, the implementation needs to be emphasized with the focus of areas such as agro-based industrial development with the aim to support regional socio-economic development, increase production of quality consumer goods from forestry resources and environmental protection. He further emphasized that the workshop will provide a good opportunity for participants to exchange views, share experiences, discuss challenges, and outline future plans and activities.
In the Plenary Session, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Lwin Oo gave an overview of planned meetings and activities to be carried out during Myanmar’s ACMECS Chairmanship and purposes and expected outcomes of the workshop. During the workshop, senior officials and representatives from respective ministries shared their views on matters related to activities and progress under ACMECS cooperation; viable projects and programmes to be implemented during Myanmar’s ACMECS Chairmanship; and effective cooperation and coordination during Myanmar’s Chairmanship; developing action plans in order to realize the ACMCES projects and programmes; and enhancing the role and coordination of respective ministries for the successful Myanmar’s ACMECS Chairmanship.
In the Closing Session, Deputy Minister U Lwin Oo concluded the workshop by encouraging the respective ministries to continue implementing prioritized projects and work plans under the Three Pillars of ACMECS cooperation in alignment with internal processes and to translate the workshop’s outcomes into actionable plans that will deliver long-term benefits for the nation and the region as a whole.
The workshop was attended by approximately 60 senior government officials and representatives from the respective ministries involved in ACMECS cooperation.
