နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ပြည်ပရှိ မြန်မာသံရုံး/အဖွဲ့ရုံး/ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံးများတွင် သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/ သံရုံးဒုတိယအကြီးအကဲများအဖြစ် သွားရောက် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ကြမည့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ အရာထမ်းများနှင့် ဆက်စပ်ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများမှ သက်ဆိုင်ရာသံမှူး များအဖြစ် တွဲဖက်တာဝန်ပေးစေလွှတ်ရန် လျာထားသည့် အရာထမ်းများအတွက် အဆင့်မြင့် သံတမန်ရေးရာသင်တန်း အမှတ်စဉ်(၁/၂၀၂၄) သင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားနှင့် သံတမန်ရေးရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာကိစ္စရပ်များကို စိတ်ပါဝင်စား၍ လေ့လာလိုသူများအတွက် ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့် အခြေခံသံတမန်ရေးရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်းအမှတ်စဉ် (၄၅/၂၀၂၄) တို့၏ သင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို ၁၅-၁-၂၀၂၄ ရက်၊ နံနက် (၁၀:၀၀)နာရီတွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ နေပြည်တော်ရှိ လောကနတ်ခန်းမနှင့် ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ ဝန်ဇင်းမင်းရာဇာခန်းမ တို့၌ တစ်ပြိုင်တည်းကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး(၁) ဦးကျော်မျိုးထွဋ်မှ တက်ရောက်၍ သင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲ အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါသင်တန်းများ၏ ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး (၂) ဉီးလွင်ဉီး၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များနှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ကြီးဌာနများမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ အငြိမ်းစားသံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ ဝါရင့်သံတမန်များ၊ ဘာသာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင် သူများ၊ တက္ကသိုလ်များမှ ပါမောက္ခဆရာကြီး/ဆရာမကြီးများနှင့် သင်တန်းသား/သူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အဆင့်မြင့်သံတမန်ရေးရာသင်တန်း အမှတ်စဉ် (၁/၂၀၂၄) ကို နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ နေပြည်တော်၌ ၁၅-၁-၂၀၂၄ ရက်နေ့မှ ၂၃-၂-၂၀၂၄ ရက်နေ့အထိ အပတ်စဉ် တနင်္လာနေ့မှ သောကြာနေ့အထိ၊ ၁၃:၃၀ နာရီမှ ၁၆:၃၀ နာရီအထိ ရက်သတ္တ(၆)ပတ်ကြာ ဖွင့်လှစ် သင်ကြားသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အဆင့်မြင့်သံတမန်ရေးရာသင်တန်းသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ အရာထမ်းများသာမက ဆက်စပ်ဝန်ကြီး ဌာနများမှ သက်ဆိုင်ရာသံမှူးများအဖြစ်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်မည့် အရာထမ်းများ စုစုပေါင်း(၃၆)ဦး တက်ရောက်ကြမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ အရာထမ်းသည် ပြည်ပ နိုင်ငံများရှိ မြန်မာသံရုံး/အဖွဲ့ရုံး/ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံးများတွင် သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲဖြစ်သူ သံအမတ်ကြီးများအား အဓိကအထောက်အကူပြု ပံ့ပိုးကူညီပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက်လည်းကောင်း၊ သံအမတ်ကြီး (ကိုယ်စား) သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် လည်းကောင်း၊ ဆက်စပ်ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများမှ သက်ဆိုင်ရာသံမှူးများအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ကြမည့် အရာထမ်းများ အနေဖြင့်လည်း သံရုံးလုပ်ငန်းသဘောသဘာဝအား ကြိုတင်သိရှိနားလည်ပြီး နိုင်ငံနှင့် နိုင်ငံသား တို့၏ အမျိုးသားအကျိုးစီးပွားများကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်းနှင့် မြှင့်တင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းများကို ပိုမိုထိရောက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပို့ချသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အခြေခံသံတမန်ရေးရာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်းကို ၂၀၀၀ ပြည့်နှစ်မှ စတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ယခုဖွင့်လှစ်မည့် သင်တန်းအမှတ်စဉ် (၄၅/၂၀၂၄) ကို ၁၅-၁-၂၀၂၄ ရက်နေ့မှ ၅-၄-၂၀၂၄ ရက်နေ့အထိ ရုံးဖွင့်ရက်များတွင် နံနက် (၇:၀၀)နာရီမှ (၉:၀၀) နာရီအထိ ရက်သတ္တ (၁၂)ပတ်ကြာ ဖွင့်လှစ်ပို့ချသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ နေပြည်တော်နှင့် ရန်ကုန်မြို့တွင် တစ်ပြိုင်နက်တည်း ဖွင့်လှစ်သည့် အခြေခံ သံတမန်ရေးရာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်းအမှတ်စဉ် (၄၅/၂၀၂၄)တွင် နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းများသာမက သံတမန်ရေးရာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာများအား စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသော ပြင်ပပုဂ္ဂလိက နယ်ပယ်အသီးသီးမှ လေ့လာလိုသူ သင်တန်းသား/သူ (၂၀၀) ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်ကြမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး သံတမန်ရေးရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်ဆံရေး ဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာဉပဒေများ၊ စီးပွားရေး ဆိုင်ရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ စီစဉ်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာအစည်းအဝေးကျင်းပခြင်းစသည့် ဘာသာရပ်များ သင်ကြားပို့ချသွားမည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Opening Ceremony of Advanced Diplomatic Course (1/2024) and Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (45/2024)

H.E. U Kyaw Myo Htut, Deputy Minister(1) for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered the opening speech at Advanced Diplomatic Course-ADC(1/2024)for Officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and officials from other representative ministries and Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills-BDS(45/2024) which was held in parallel at the Law Ka Nat Hall, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw and Wunzinminyarzar Hall, Yangon on 15 January 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
At the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister (2) for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H.E. U Lwin Oo, Director-Generals and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, responsible officials from related ministries, retired Myanmar Ambassadors, Senior Diplomats, professors and instructors from respective universities and trainees were also present.
This Advanced Diplomatic Course (ADC-1/2024) will conduct for officials for six weeks from 15-1-2024 to 23-2-2024, from 13:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. on Monday to Friday.
Altogether 36 trainees will attend the ADC (1/2024). In this ADC course, as officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who will serve as deputy heads of mission in Myanmar Embassies/ Permanent Mission and Consulates General office in abroad, to provide the main support and assistance to the ambassadors who are the heads of the missions and in order to serve as the temporary in charge of the embassies on behalf of the ambassadors and the officials from related ministries who will serve as the related counselor concerned to know the duty and responsibilities of embassies in the area of education, encouraged etc., to protect and enhance the national interest and it is known that training will be provided in order to smoothly carry out the tasks of the Myanmar Embassies, Permanent Mission and Consulate General office in abroad.
The Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills has been conducted since the year 2000, and this Course (BDS-45/2024) will bring in parallel for both Yangon and Naypyitaw for 12 weeks course from 15-1-2024 to 5-4-2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Monday to Friday.
Altogether about 200 trainees for 12 weeks part-time course is not only for government staff but also for those from private and public sectors who are interested in diplomacy, international relations, international law, economic affairs, negotiation skills and international conferencing, there were learnt.
