နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဦးစီးဖွင့်လှစ်သည့် အခြေခံသံတမန်ရေးရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်း အမှတ်စဉ်(၄၄/၂၀၂၃)၏ သင်တန်းဆင်းပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ် ၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၅ ရက် (သောကြာ နေ့)၊ နံနက်(၁၀:၀၀)နာရီတွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန(နေပြည်တော်)ရှိ လောကနတ်ခန်းမ၌ လည်းကောင်း၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန(ရန်ကုန်)ရှိ ဝန်ဇင်းမင်းရာဇာ ခန်းမ၌ လည်းကောင်း တစ်ပြိုင် တည်း ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ နေပြည်တော်၌ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး(၁) ဦးကျော်မျိုးထွဋ် မှ သင်တန်းဆင်းအမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါသင်တန်းတွင် သံတမန်ရေးရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာများ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာ ဆက်ဆံရေးဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာ ရပ်များ၊ စေ့စပ်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်းဘာသာရပ်၊ နိုင်ငံတကာညီလာခံများကျင်းပခြင်းနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် ဘာသာရပ် များ သင်ကြားပို့ချခဲ့ပြီး သင်တန်းကာလမှာ ရက်သတ္တ (၁၂)ပတ် ကြာမြင့်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါသင်တန်းများကို ၂၀၀၀ ပြည့်နှစ်မှစ၍ စတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ရာ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန အပါအဝင် အစိုးရအဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီးနှင့် ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအသီးသီးမှ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ ပြင်ပုဂ္ဂလိက နယ်ပယ်များမှ နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် သံတမန်ရေးရာဘာသာရပ်များကို စိတ်ပါဝင်စား သူများမှ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
သင်တန်းဆင်းပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး(၂) ဉီးလွင်ဉီး နှင့် ဝန်ကြီးရုံး၊ ဦးစီးဌာနများမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ အငြိမ်းစားသံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ ဝါရင့်သံတမန်များ၊ ဘာသာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများ၊ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအသီးသီးမှတာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ တက္ကသိုလ်များမှ ပါမောက္ခဆရာကြီး/ ဆရာမကြီးများနှင့် နေပြည်တော်နှင့် ရန်ကုန်မြို့တို့မှ သင်တန်းသား/ သင်တန်း သူ(၁၀၀)ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (44/2023) Closing Ceremony

The Closing Ceremony of the Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (44/2023), conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was held in parallel at the Law Ka Nat hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw with at the Wunzinminyarzar Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yangon at 10:00 a.m. today. The closing remark was delivered by U Kyaw Myo Htut, Deputy Minister (1) for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The 12-week long part-time certificate course comprised subjects related to diplomacy, International Relations, International Law, Economics, Contemporary International Affairs, Negotiation Skills and International Conferencing, etc., it was learned.
The Basic Diplomatic Skills Courses have been conducted since the year 2000, for the staff from the various Ministries including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the personnel from the private and public sectors who relate to deal with International Relations and for those who are keen on learning those said subjects.
Present on the occasion were Deputy Minister(2) U Lwin Oo, Director Generals and responsible officials of the departments under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other related Ministries, senior diplomats and retired Myanmar Ambassadors, professors and instructors and 100 trainees from Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon.
