နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဉီးသန်းဆွေသည် ဗီယင်နာမြို့ အခြေစိုက် ဩစတြီးယားနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာဂုဏ်ထူးဆောင်ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် Mr. Mag Philip Schonthal အား ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ ၂၀ ရက်၊ (၁၀:၀၀) နာရီတွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့သည်။
ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေများကို ပြည်ထောင်စု ဝန်ကြီးက ဆွေးနွေးပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး၊ မြန်မာ-ဩစတြီးယား နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးသည့် ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ တိုးမြှင့်ရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းများ၊ ဩစတြီးယား-မြန်မာ အသင်း ၏ လှုပ်ရှားမှုများနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Mr. Mag Philip Schonthal, Myanmar Honorary Consul-General to Austria with residence in Vienna, at 10:00 hrs on 20 March 2023, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
At the meeting, the Union Minister briefed recent developments in Myanmar and both sides cordially exchanged views on possible avenues for promoting friendly relations and cooperation as well as activities of the Austria-Myanmar Society.
