မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ နိုင်ငံ့စွမ်းအားကို မြှင့်တင်နိုင်မည့် အရင်းအမြစ်များ၊ အခွင့်အလမ်းနှင့် စိန်ခေါ်မှု များအား လေ့လာဖော်ထုတ်ရန်၊ လက်ရှိကမ္ဘာ့အစီအစဉ်၊ ပထဝီနိုင်ငံရေးအခင်းအကျင်းနှင့် လိုက်လျော ညီထွေစွာ နိုင်ငံ့စွမ်းအားမြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရေး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက ဖော်ဆောင်ကျင့်သုံးနိုင်မည့် နည်းနာများ၊ မူဝါဒများအား သုံးသပ်ဆွေးနွေးရန်၊ မြန်မာ့နိုင်ငံခြားရေးမူဝါဒကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်သူများ အကြား ဆွေးနွေးအမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ခြင်းဖြင့် တူညီသော ရှုမြင်ချက်/ မျှော်မှန်းချက်တို့ (Shared Vision)ရှိစေရန်၊ နိုင်ငံ့စွမ်းအားမြှင့်တင်ရေးကို အထောက်အကူပြုနိုင်မည့် သံခင်းတမန်ခင်းဗျူဟာ များအား ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ် အကြံပြုရန်နှင့် မြန်မာသံတမန်များ၏ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် တိုးတက်စေရေး လေ့ကျင့်မွေးမြူပျိုးထောင်ပေးရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်တို့ဖြင့် “Elements of National Power” အလုပ်ရုံ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတစ်ရပ်ကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၂၃ ရက် (တနင်္လာနေ့) တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ လောကနတ်ခန်းမတွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးများ၊ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ သံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များနှင့် အရာထမ်းများ တက်ရောက် ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက အဖွင့်မိန့်ခွန်းပြော ကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် “Tangible Factors of National Power” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်း များနှင့် စီးပွားရေးဦးစီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဒေါ်ယဉ်ပိုမြတ်ကလည်းကောင်း၊ “Intangible Factors of National Power” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် အာဆီယံရေးရာဦးစီးဌာန၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဦးဟန်ဝင်းအောင်ကလည်းကောင်း၊ “Conceptual Approaches to National Power and Diplomacy” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် နိုင်ငံရေးရာဦးစီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဒေါက်တာချစ်ဝင်းက လည်းကောင်း အသီးသီးဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
နေ့လယ်ပိုင်းတွင် “Elements of National Power” ၏ အဓိက အချက်များအား တက်ရောက် လာသူများက သက်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့များအလိုက် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပြီး ဆွေးနွေးမှုရလဒ်များကို ပြန်လည်မျှဝေခဲ့ ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးနိုင်မင်းကျော်က နိဂုံးချုပ်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ရုပ်သိမ်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

A Workshop on “Elements of National Power” held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On 23 February 2026, a workshop titled “Elements of National Power” was held at the Lawkanatt Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to find out the resources, opportunities and challenges for enhancing national power of Myanmar, to review and discuss the policies and procedures to be implemented and practiced by Myanmar for enhancing national power in alignment with the current world order and geopolitical landscape, to bring about a shared vision among those implementing Myanmar’s Foreign Policy through discussions and exchange of views, to identify and make suggestions for diplomatic strategies that conducive to the enhancement of national power, and to nurture the development of the capacities of Myanmar diplomats.
The workshop was attended by Union Minister, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretary, Ambassadors, Directors General and Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The workshop commenced with an opening address by the Union Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, followed by thematic presentations on “Tangible Factors of National Power” by Daw Yin Po Myat, Deputy Director General of the International Organizations and Economic Department, “Intangible Factors of National Power” by U Han Win Aung, Director General of the ASEAN Affairs Department and “Conceptual Approaches to National Power and Diplomacy” by Dr. Chit Win, Deputy Director General of the Political Department, respectively.
In the afternoon, the attendees exchanged views and discussed the main points of the “Elements of National Power” through breakout sessions in their respective groups and shared the outcomes. After that, Deputy Minister U Naing Min Kyaw delivered the closing remarks and the workshop was concluded.
