ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံရုံး ယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးဇော်ထွန်းဦးသည် ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ အင်ဒိုနီးရှားသံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Muhsin Syihab နှင့် ဇနီး Mrs. Mariam Rahmania Syihab တို့၏ ဖိတ်ကြားချက်အရ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီလ ၂၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် အော်တာဝါ မြို့ရှိ အင်ဒိုနီးရှားသံရုံး၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သော UNESCO ၏ “Memory of the World” အစီအစဉ် အောက်တွင် အင်ဒိုနီးရှားသူရဲကောင်းအမျိုးသမီး Raden Ajeng Kartini ၏ စာလွှာများကို မှတ်တမ်းဝင်စာရင်းသွင်းခဲ့သည့် ပထမနှစ်ပတ်လည်အထိမ်းအမှတ်အခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက် ခဲ့ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားတွင် အင်ဒိုနီးရှားသံအမတ်ကြီးမှ အဖွင့်အမှာစကား ပြောကြား ခဲ့ပြီး အဓိကဧည့်သည်တော်အဖြစ် ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံ လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေး၊ ဒုက္ခသည်နှင့် နိုင်ငံသားရေးရာဝန်ကြီး The Honourable Lena Metlege Diab မှ ဂုဏ်ပြုမိန့်ခွန်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားသို့ ကနေဒါ အထက်လွှတ်တော် အမတ် Mary Coyle၊ အောက်လွှတ်တော်အမတ် Iqra Khalid၊ သံအမတ်ကြီးများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဇနီးများ၊ အမျိုးသမီး လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၊ သံတမန်များ၊ ပညာရှင်များနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပါဝင် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး အခမ်းအနားတွင် Raden Ajeng Kartini ၏ ပညာရေး၊ အမျိုးသမီးအခွင့်အရေးနှင့် လူမှုတိုးတက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အရေးပါသည့် အထောက်အကူ ပြုမှုများကို ဂုဏ်ပြုဖော်ပြခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Canada Attends the First Anniversary Commemoration of the UNESCO Memory of the World Inscription of the Letters of Raden Ajeng Kartini

Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Canada, U Zaw Tun Oo, attended the First Anniversary Commemoration of the UNESCO Memory of the World inscription of the Letters of Raden Ajeng Kartini, held at the Embassy of Indonesia in Ottawa on 23 April 2026, upon the invitation of H.E. Mr. Muhsin Syihab, Ambassador of Indonesia to Canada, and Mrs. Mariam Rahmania Syihab.

At the event, the Ambassador of Indonesia delivered opening remarks, and the Honourable Lena Metlege Diab, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship of Canada, attended as Guest of Honour and delivered a keynote address. The event was attended by Senator Mary Coyle, Member of Parliament Iqra Khalid, Heads of Mission and their spouses, women parliamentarians, diplomats, scholars, and representatives from international organizations. The commemoration highlighted the significant contributions of Raden Ajeng Kartini to education, women’s rights, and social progress.
