ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးဇော်ထွန်းဦးသည် ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ သံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Wang Di ၏ ဖိတ်ကြားမှုအရ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၁၅ ရက်နေ့၊ နေ့လယ် (၁၂၀၀) နာရီတွင် တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ သံအမတ်ကြီး၏နေအိမ်၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သော အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသသံအဖွဲ့ အလုပ်သဘော နေ့လယ်စာစားပွဲသို့ အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲများနှင့်အတူ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက် ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါနေ့လယ်စာစားပွဲသို့ ကနေဒါဝန်ကြီးချုပ်၏ လွှတ်တော်အတွင်းဝန်ဖြစ်သူ The Honourable Kody Blois အပါအဝင် အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲများနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံနှင့် အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသနိုင်ငံများအကြား ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ စိုက်ပျိုးရေး၊ စီးပွားရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု၊ ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှုနှင့် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အခွင့်အလမ်းများကို အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားအတွင်း မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးဇော်ထွန်းဦးက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံအဖြစ် ဒေသတွင်းဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှုများ၊ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနှင့် တည်ငြိမ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများတွင် ဆက်လက်ပါဝင် ဆောင်ရွက် လျက်ရှိကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် မကြာသေးမီက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ၏ အလွတ်သဘော အစည်းအဝေးသို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး အာဆီယံနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို အလေးထား ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် အခြေအနေများကိုလည်း မျှဝေရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
ထို့ပြင် မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီးက မကြာသေးမီက အယ်လ်ဘာတာ ပြည်နယ်သို့ သွားရောက်ခဲ့သည့်ခရီးစဉ်အတွင်း ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံ၏ စိုက်ပျိုးရေး၊ စွမ်းအင်ဆန်းသစ် တီထွင်မှုနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသော သယံဇာတဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဆိုင်ရာ အတွေ့အကြုံများကို လေ့လာခွင့်ရရှိခဲ့ ကြောင်း၊ အဆိုပါအတွေ့အကြုံများသည် နိုင်ငံများအကြား အသိပညာနှင့် အကောင်းဆုံး နည်းပညာများ ဖလှယ်ရေး၏ အရေးပါမှုကို ဖော်ပြနေသည်ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Chargé d’Affaires/ Ambassador of the Embassy of Myanmar in Canada Attends Asia-Pacific Diplomatic Group Working Luncheon

Chargé d’Affaires /Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Canada, U Zaw Tun Oo, attended the Asia-Pacific Diplomatic Group Working Luncheon hosted by H.E. Wang Di, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Canada, at 1200 noon on 15 July 2026 at the Residence of the Ambassador of China, together with Heads of Mission and representatives from the Asia-Pacific diplomatic community.
The luncheon was attended by The Honourable Kody Blois, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister of Canada, who exchanged views with participants on Canada–Asia-Pacific relations and opportunities to enhance practical cooperation in areas including agriculture, economic development, innovation, sustainable growth, and resilient partnerships.
During the luncheon, Chargé d’Affaires /Ambassador U Zaw Tun Oo highlighted Myanmar’s continued engagement within the ASEAN framework and its commitment to promoting dialogue, cooperation, and regional stability. He also shared recent developments regarding Myanmar’s participation in ASEAN processes, including the attendance of the Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of Myanmar at the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Informal Meeting, reaffirming Myanmar’s commitment to ASEAN unity and cooperation.
Chargé d’Affaires /Ambassador U Zaw Tun Oo also shared his recent experience from the Calgary Stampede International Delegation Program in Alberta, highlighting Canada’s achievements in agriculture, energy innovation, and responsible resource development. He emphasized the importance of knowledge sharing and practical cooperation among countries to achieve sustainable growth and mutual prosperity.
