ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးဇော်ထွန်းဦးသည် ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံသံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Ki-mo Lim ၏ ဖိတ်ကြားမှုအရ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇွန်လ ၁၈ ရက် (ကြာသပတေးနေ့)၊ (၁၂:၀၀) နာရီတွင် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ သံအမတ်ကြီး၏နေအိမ်၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သော အာရှပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စု သံအဖွဲ့အလုပ်သဘော နေ့လယ်စာ စားပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ အာရှပစိဖိတ်ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲများနှင့်အတူ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အလုပ်သဘော နေ့လယ်စာစားပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ ကနေဒါအောက်လွှတ်တော်အမတ် ဟောင်း နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဟောင်းဖြစ်သူ The Honourable Perrin Beatty က အဓိက ဧည့်သည်တော်အဖြစ် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိ နိုင်ငံရေး၊ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်ဆံရေးဆိုင်ရာ အခြေအနေများ၊ ကနေဒါ-အမေရိကန် ကုန်သွယ်မှုဆက်ဆံရေး အခြေအနေများ၊ ကမ္ဘာ့လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် စီးပွားရေးအပေါ် သက်ရောက်မှုရှိနေသည့် ပထဝီနိုင်ငံရေး အပြောင်းအလဲများနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ၎င်း၏အမြင်များကို မျှဝေဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားတွင် တက်ရောက်လာကြသည့် သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲများကလည်း ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာ ကိစ္စ ရပ်များအပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပြီး အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသနိုင်ငံများနှင့် ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံ အကြား ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်ရေးအတွက် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားအတွင်း မြန်မာသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးဇော်ထွန်းဦးက မြန်မာ နိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိနိုင်ငံရေးဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေများ၊ အာဆီယံမူဘောင်အတွင်း ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနှင့် ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံအပါအဝင် နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုက်အဝန်းနှင့် ဆက်လက်ထိတွေ့ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် အခြေအနေများ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအစိုးရသစ်အနေဖြင့် ဒေသတွင်း တည်ငြိမ် ရေး၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု များကို ဆက်လက်မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရေး ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် အခြေအနေများကို အသိပေး ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Chargé d’Affaires/ Ambassador of the Embassy of Myanmar in Canada Attends Asia-Pacific Diplomatic Group Working Luncheon

Chargé d’Affaires /Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Canada, U Zaw Tun Oo, attended the Asia-Pacific Diplomatic Group Working Luncheon held at the Residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea on 18 June 2026 (Thursday) at 12:00 noon, together with Heads of Mission from the Asia-Pacific diplomatic community, at the invitation of H.E. Ki-mo Lim, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Canada.
The Honourable Perrin Beatty, former Member of Parliament and former Secretary of State for External Affairs of Canada, attended the luncheon as the Guest Speaker and shared his views on Canada’s current political, economic and international affairs, Canada–United States trade relations, and geopolitical developments affecting global security and the world economy. During the luncheon, the Heads of Mission exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest and discussed ways to further strengthen relations and cooperation between Canada and countries of the Asia-Pacific region.
During the discussion, Myanmar Chargé d’Affaires /Ambassador U Zaw Tun Oo briefed participants on recent political developments in Myanmar, Myanmar’s cooperation within the ASEAN framework, and the country’s ongoing engagement with the international community. He also highlighted the efforts of Myanmar’s new government to promote regional stability, peace and development through constructive cooperation and positive engagement with regional and international partners.
