ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ ယာယီသမ္မတဦးမြင့်ဆွေသည် ၇-၈-၂၀၂၅ ရက် နေ့တွင်ကွယ်လွန်ခဲ့သည့်အတွက် ဝမ်းနည်းကြောင်းမှတ်တမ်းစာအုပ်ကို ရန်ကုန်မြို့၊ စကားဝါလမ်းရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ ၈-၈-၂၀၂၅ ရက်နေ့မှစတင်၍ ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားရာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ သံအမတ်ကြီးများနှင့် သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲများက ဝမ်းနည်းကြောင်း လာရောက်လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
၈-၈-၂၀၂၅ ရက်တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲများဖြစ်သည့် နီပေါ သံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Mr. Harishchandra Ghimire၊ ထိုင်းသံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Mr. Mogkol Visitstump၊ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ် သံအမတ်ကြီး Dr. Md. Monwar Hossain၊ ဘရာဇီးသံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Mr. Gustavo Rocha de Menezes၊ အိန္ဒိယသံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Mr. Abhay Thakur၊ ယူအေအီးသံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Mr. Mutaz Abdullah Abduljaleel Mohamed Al Faheem၊ တရုတ်သံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Ms. Ma Jia၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား သံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Mr. CHENG Manith၊ လာအို သံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Mr. Bounphieng CHANTHAVONG နှင့် အစ္စရေး သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ Mrs. Ruth Zakh၊ တီမောလက်စ်တေ သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ Mr. Olandino Rui de Andrade နှင့် ဟိုလီဆီးသံရုံး ယာယီတာဝန်ခံ၏ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် Fr. Hilary တို့က ဝမ်းနည်းကြောင်းမှတ်တမ်းစာအုပ်တွင် လာရောက် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ဝမ်းနည်းကြောင်းမှတ်တမ်းစာအုပ်တွင် လာရောက်လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးသော သံအမတ်ကြီးများနှင့် သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲများကို နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ မဟာဗျူဟာလေ့လာရေးနှင့်လေ့ကျင့်ရေးဦးစီးဌာန ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများက ကြိုဆိုနှုတ်ဆက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
သံအမတ်ကြီးများနှင့်သံရုံးအကြီးအကဲများက ယာယီသမ္မတ ဦးမြင့်ဆွေ ကွယ်လွန်ခဲ့ခြင်းအပေါ် ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရနှင့် ပြည်သူများ၊ ကျန်ရစ်သူ မိသားစုသို့ ဝမ်းနည်းကြောင်းနှင့် စာနာထောက်ထားပါကြောင်း သတင်းစကားများ ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး ဝမ်းနည်းကြောင်းမှတ်တမ်းစာအုပ်၌ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

Signing of the Book of Condolence in Honour of the Late Pro Tem President H.E. U Myint Swe

The Ambassadors and Heads of Mission accredited to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar solemnly signed the Book of Condolence opened at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sagawah Street, Yangon, starting from 8 August 2025, in honour of the late Pro Tem President, His Excellency U Myint Swe, who passed away on 7 August 2025.
On 8 August 2025, H.E. Mr. Harishchandra Ghimire, Ambassador of Nepal; H.E. Mr. Abhay Thakur, H.E. Mr. Mogkol Visitstump, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand; Dr. Md. Monwar Hossain, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh; H.E. Mr. Gustavo Rocha de Menezes, Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil; Ambassador of India; H.E. Mr. Mutaz Abdullah Abduljaleel Mohamed Al Faheem, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates; H.E. Ms. Ma Jia, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China; H.E. Mr. CHENG Manith, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia; H.E. Mr. Bounphieng CHANTHAVONG, Ambassador of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, and Mrs. Ruth Zakh, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of Israel, Mr. Olandino Rui de Andrade, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, Fr. Hilary, representative of the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Apostolic Nunciature (Embassy of the Holy See), each inscribed messages of condolence in tribute to the late President.
They were graciously received by the Director-General of the Strategic Studies and Training Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with senior officials of the Ministry.
The Ambassadors and Heads of Mission conveyed their deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family of the late Pro Tem President, and to the Government and people of Myanmar during this time of national mourning.
