Sarantogos Erdenetsogt ၏ ဖိတ်ကြားမှုအရ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၁၄ ရက် (ကြာသပတေးနေ့)၊ (၁၂:၃၀) နာရီတွင် Rideau Club ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သော အာရှပစိဖိတ်ဒေသ အုပ်စု သံအဖွဲ့အလုပ်သဘောနေ့လယ်စာ စားပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ အာရှပစိဖိတ်ဒေသဆိုင်ရာသံရုံး အကြီးအကဲများနှင့်အတူ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အလုပ်သဘော နေ့လယ်စာစားပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ သံတမန်ရေးရာအကြီးအကဲ Sébastien Carrière က အဓိကဧည့်သည်တော်အဖြစ် တက်ရောက် ခဲ့ပြီး ကနေဒါ အစိုးရနှင့် အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသနိုင်ငံများအကြား သံတမန်ရေး၊ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲအတွင်း အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအတွင်း လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် စီးပွားရေး ဆိုင်ရာ အခြေအနေများ၊ ကနေဒါ-အာဆီယံ မဟာဗျူဟာမိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေး တိုးတက်လာမှု၊ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုအခွင့်အလမ်းများ၊ ဒေသတွင်း စွမ်းအင်လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် ရာသီဥတု ပြောင်းလဲမှုကို တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်နေမှုများ၊ အမေရိကန်-အီရန် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဆွေးနွေးမှု အခြေ အနေများ၊ ကမ္ဘာ့ရေနံနှင့် စက်သုံးဆီဈေးနှုန်း အတက်အကျများ၊ နိုင်ငံအသီးသီး၏ စွမ်းအင် အသုံးချမှု ထိရောက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရေးနှင့် စက်သုံးဆီချွေတာရေး ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် နည်းလမ်းများအပြင် ကမ္ဘာ့စီးပွားရေးအပေါ် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သည့် သက်ရောက်မှုများကိုလည်း အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားအတွင်း သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ/သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးဇော်ထွန်းဦးသည် မြန်မာ နိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိ နိုင်ငံရေးဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေများကို အကျဉ်းချုပ် ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး မြန်မာဒီမိုကရေစီအစိုးရသစ်၏ စွမ်းအင်ဖူလုံရေးဆောင်ရွက်နေမှုများအပါအဝင် နိုင်ငံတည်ငြိမ် အေးချမ်းရေးအတွက် ဦးစားပေးဆောင်ရွက်နေမှုများကိုလည်း ထည့်သွင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Chargé d’Affaires a.i./ Ambassador of the Embassy of Myanmar in Canada Attends Asia-Pacific Diplomatic Group Working Luncheon

Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Canada, U Zaw Tun Oo, attended the Asia-Pacific Diplomatic Group Working Luncheon held at the Rideau Club in Ottawa at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, 14 May 2026, at the invitation of H.E. Mr. Sarantogos Erdenetsogt, Ambassador of Mongolia to Canada and Dean of the Asia-Pacific Group of Heads of Mission in Canada.
The luncheon was attended by Heads of Mission from countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Sébastien Carrière, Chief of Protocol of Global Affairs Canada, participated as the Guest of Honour. During the luncheon, participants exchanged views on ways to further enhance diplomatic, economic, and development cooperation between the Government of Canada and countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
Discussions focused on regional security and economic developments in the Asia-Pacific, progress in Canada-ASEAN strategic partnership relations, trade and investment opportunities, regional energy security, and measures being undertaken to address climate change. Participants also exchanged views on the status of the U.S-Iran peace talks, fluctuations in global oil and fuel prices, measures adopted by various countries to improve energy efficiency and conserve fuel, and the potential impact of these developments on the global economy.
During the luncheon, Chargé d’Affaires a.i./Ambassador U Zaw Tun Oo provided a brief overview of recent political developments in Myanmar. He also highlighted the new democratic Government’s efforts to ensure energy sufficiency and its priority initiatives aimed at promoting national stability and peace.
