(၅၈) ကြိမ်မြောက်အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများအစည်းအဝေးနှင့် ဆက်စပ်အစည်း အဝေးများ တတိယနေ့တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများနှင့် မိတ်ဖက် နိုင်ငံများ (တရုတ်၊ ဩစတြေးလျ၊ ကနေဒါ၊ အိန္ဒိယ၊ နယူးဇီလန်၊ ဂျပန်၊ တောင်ကိုရီးယား၊ အမေရိကန်)မှ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများအစည်းအဝေး၊ (၁၆) ကြိမ်မြောက် မဲခေါင်-ဂျပန် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီးအဆင့်အစည်းအဝေးနှင့် (၂၆)ကြိမ်မြောက်အာဆီယံ အပေါင်းသုံးနိုင်ငံခြား ရေးဝန်ကြီးများအစည်းအဝေးတို့သို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်သည် ရုရှားနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးနှင့်အတူ အာဆီယံ-ရုရှားနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေးကို ပူးတွဲသဘာပတိများအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အစည်းအဝေးများ သို့ အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ၊ မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံများမှ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ၊ အာဆီယံ အတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်နှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယင်းအစည်းအဝေးများ သို့ တီမောလက်စ်တေ နိုင်ငံမှလည်း လေ့လာသူအဖြစ် ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများနှင့် မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံများမှ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေး၌ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများအပေါ် ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ခြင်းနှင့်အနာဂတ်ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများအတွက် ဆွေးနွေးခြင်း၊ ဒေသတွင်းနှင့်နိုင်ငံတကာကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ အောက်တိုဘာလတွင် မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံများနှင့် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်မည့် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးများ အတွက် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ရေးကိစ္စရပ်များအပေါ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အာဆီယံ-ရုရှားနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများအစည်းအဝေးကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့်ရုရှားနိုင်ငံတို့က ပူးတွဲသဘာပတိများအဖြစ် ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပရာတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် လက်ရှိ အာဆီယံ-ရုရှား မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးတာဝန်ခံညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးအဖြစ် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်မှစတင်၍ တာဝန်ယူချိန်မှ ယနေ့ အထိ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ညှိနှိုင်းပေးခဲ့မှုများအပေါ်‌ဆွေးနွေးခြင်း၊ အနာဂတ်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက် မှုများနှင့် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာကိစ္စရပ်များအပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ယင်းအစည်းအဝေးသည် အာဆီယံ-ရုရှားမိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးတာဝန်ခံညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးအဖြစ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက စတင်တာဝန်ယူပြီးချိန်မှစတင်၍ ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ် ပူးတွဲသဘာပတိအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်သည့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများအဆင့် အစည်းအဝေးဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
(၁၆) ကြိမ်မြောက် မဲခေါင်-ဂျပန်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီးအဆင့်အစည်းအဝေး၌ မဲခေါင်ဒေသတွင်း ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအစီအစဉ်များနှင့် ပူးတွဲ ဦးဆောင် ဦးရွက်ပြုမှုများကို ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန်‌ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
(၂၆)ကြိမ်မြောက် အာဆီယံအပေါင်းသုံးနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများ အစည်းအဝေး၌ အာဆီယံနှင့် အပေါင်းသုံးနိုင်ငံများ (တရုတ်၊ ဂျပန်နှင့် ကိုရီးယား) နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရေးကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ (၂၈) ကြိမ်မြောက် အာဆီယံအပေါင်းသုံးထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ရန်ကိစ္စရပ်များအပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

Myanmar Engages in the Third Day of the 58th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings

On the third day of the 58th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and related Meetings, the Myanmar delegation actively participated in a series of high-level engagements, including the ASEAN Post Ministerial Conferences (PMCs) with China, Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, Japan, Russia, the Republic of Korea, and the United States. The delegation also attended the 16th Mekong-Japan Cooperation Ministerial Meeting and the 26th ASEAN Plus Three Foreign Ministers’ Meeting.
Notably, Myanmar, in its role as Country Coordinator for ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations (2024–2027), co-chaired the ASEAN Post Ministerial Conference with Russia alongside H.E. Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. This marked the first Ministerial-level meeting under Myanmar’s coordinatorship.
All sessions were attended by ASEAN Foreign Ministers and representatives, Dialogue Partner Foreign Ministers and representatives, the ASEAN Secretary-General as well as Timor-Leste as an observer.
The ASEAN PMCs with Dialogue Partners reviewed existing areas of cooperation, addressed regional and international issues, and outlined strategic directions in preparation for the upcoming ASEAN Summits with Dialogue Partners scheduled for October 2025.
The ASEAN PMC with Russia co-chaired by Myanmar and Russia focused on the progress of cooperation during Myanmar’s coordinatorship, assessed key areas of collaboration, and discussed future priorities to strengthen ASEAN-Russia relations.
The 16th Mekong-Japan Cooperation Ministerial Meeting highlighted ongoing development cooperation and joint initiatives across the Mekong region.
Meanwhile, the 26th ASEAN Plus Three Foreign Ministers’ Meeting reviewed collaborative efforts among ASEAN, China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea, and discussed preparations for the 28th ASEAN Plus Three Summit.
