နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနတွင် အသစ်ခန့်အပ်လိုက်သည့် အမှုထမ်းငယ်များအတွက် အခြေခံ ရုံးလုပ်ငန်းကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်းအမှတ်စဉ် (၄/၂၀၂၆) ၏ သင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ ၃ ရက် (အင်္ဂါနေ့)၊ နံနက် (၁၀:၃၀) နာရီတွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန (နေပြည်တော်)ရှိ လောကနတ်ခန်းမ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးနိုင်မင်းကျော်က သင်တန်းဖွင့်အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

သင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးရုံးနှင့် ဦးစီးဌာန သီးသီးမှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ၊ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ၊ တာဝန်ရှိသူများနှင့် သင်တန်း သား/ သင်တန်းသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

အဆိုပါသင်တန်းသို့ အမှုထမ်းငယ် စုစုပေါင်း ( ၂၂ )ဦးတက်ရောက်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာနရှိ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးရုံးနှင့် ဦးစီးဌာနသီးသီး၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များ၊ သံတမန်ရေးရာများ၊ နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေး၊ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ဒေသတွင်း အဖွဲ့အစည်းများဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ အာဆီယံရေးရာကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ကောင်စစ်ရေးရာကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ အခြေခံရုံးလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးနှင့် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ကွန်ပျူတာလက်တွေ့ အသုံးချခြင်းနှင့် ဦးစီးဌာနများအသီးသီးသို့ လက်တွေ့လေ့လာခြင်းဆိုင်ရာများစသည့် ဘာသာရပ် များကို သင်တန်းကာလ ရက်သတ္တ(၄)ပတ်ဖြင့် စာတွေ့/လက်တွေ့ သင်ကြားပို့ချသွားမည်ဖြစ် ပါသည်။

Opening Ceremony of the Course for Junior Staffs on Basic Office Skills (CfJS) (4/ 2026)

The Opening Ceremony of the Course for Junior Staffs on Basic Office Skills (CfJS) (4 /2026) was held at the Law Ka Nat Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:30 a.m. on 3 March 2026 with an opening remark delivered by H.E. U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Permanent Secretary, Directors-General, Deputy Directors-Genereal and officials from respective departments and trainees of the CfJS (4 /2026) were also present at the ceremony.

A total of twenty-two Junior staff are scheduled to participate in the aforementioned four-week training course. The course covers subjects related to the functions of the Union Minister’s Office and Departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including theory and practice of protocol, bilateral relations, international and regional organizations, ASEAN affairs, consular affairs, basic office skills, administrative and financial matters and computer skills development.
