နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့် အခြေခံသံတမန်ရေးရာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်း အမှတ်စဉ် (၄၇/၂၀၂၆)၏ သင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇွန်လ ၁၅ ရက်(တနင်္လာနေ့)၊ နံနက် (၁၀၀၀) နာရီတွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ရန်ကုန်ရှိ ဝန်ဇင်းမင်းရာဇာခန်းမ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးနိုင်မင်းကျော် တက်ရောက်၍ သင်တန်းဖွင့်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါသင်တန်းဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ အငြိမ်းစားဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးများ၊ အငြိမ်းစားသံအမတ်ကြီး များ၊ ဝါရင့်သံတမန်များ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်နှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ ဘာသာရပ် ဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများနှင့် သင်တန်းသား/ သင်တန်းသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အခြေခံသံတမန်ရေးရာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်း အမှတ်စဉ်(၄၇/၂၀၂၆)ကို နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန (ရန်ကုန်)တွင် ၁၅-၆-၂၀၂၆ ရက်မှ ၄-၉-၂၀၂၆ ရက်အထိ ရက်သတ္တ(၁၂)ပတ်ကြာ အပတ်စဉ် တနင်္လာနေ့မှ သောကြာနေ့များတွင် နံနက် (၀၇၀၀) နာရီမှ (၀၉၀၀)နာရီအထိ ဖွင့်လှစ်ပို့ချ သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ အစိုးရအဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီးနှင့် ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများမှဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် ပြင်ပပုဂ္ဂလိက နယ်ပယ်များမှ နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် သံတမန်ရေးရာဘာသာရပ်များကို စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသူများ စုစုပေါင်း (၉၆)ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်ကြမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သင်တန်းတွင် သံတမန်ရေးရာဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာများ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်ဆံရေးဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာဥပဒေဘာသာရပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံရေးဘောဂဗေဒနှင့် အထွေထွေဗဟုသုတဆိုင်ရာများစသည့် ဘာသာရပ်များကို သင်ကြားပို့ချသွားမည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရ ပါသည်။

Opening Ceremony of Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (47/2026)

The opening ceremony of the Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (47/2026) conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was held at 10:00 am on 15 June 2026 at the Wunzinminyarzar Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Yangon). H.E. U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs delivered the opening remarks.
Present at the occasion were retired Deputy Ministers, retired Myanmar ambassadors, senior diplomats, the Director-General and other responsible officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and trainees.
The Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (47/2026) will be conducted in Yangon from 15 June 2026 to 4 September 2026 on weekdays from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. A total of 96 trainees, including civil servants and the private sector participants interested in international relations and diplomacy, will attend the course. This twelve-week course covers diplomacy, international relations, international law, political economy and general knowledge.
