“ကောင်စစ်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ တိုးမြှင့်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုမှတစ်ဆင့် နိုင်ငံ့ပုံရိပ်မြှင့်တင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ” ကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၇ ရက်တွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ လောကနတ်ခန်းမတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးကိုကိုကျော်၊ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်နှင့် ဖိတ်ကြားထားသည့် ပို့ဆောင်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထဲရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ သာသနာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေးနှင့် ပြည်သူ့အင်အားဝန်ကြီး ဌာန၊ အလုပ်သမားဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ လူမှုဝန်ထမ်း၊ ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးနှင့် ပြန်လည်နေရာချထားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးမှုနှင့် ဟိုတယ်၊ ခရီးသွားလာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနတို့မှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ နှင့် အရာရှိကြီးများ၊ ကွာလာလမ်ပူမြို့နှင့် ဗန်ကောက်မြို့ရှိ မြန်မာသံရုံးများမှ သံအမတ်ကြီးများနှင့် အငြိမ်းစားသံအမတ်ကြီးတို့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနား၌ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်က အမှာစကား ပြောကြားရာတွင် ကောင်စစ်ရေးရာလုပ်ငန်း၌ နိုင်ငံတကာဥပဒေ၊ လက်ခံသည့်နိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီ မိမိနိုင်ငံနှင့် နိုင်ငံသားများ၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံသားများကို လိုအပ်သကဲ့သို့ အကူအညီပေးခြင်းတို့သည် ကောင်စစ်ရေးရာလုပ်ငန်း၏ အရေးပါသည့် အစိတ်အပိုင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ မိမိတို့နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းများအနေဖြင့် ကောင်စစ်ရေးရာ တာဝန်များကို ဥပဒေ၊ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများနှင့်အညီ စနစ်တကျဆောင်ရွက်ရေး၊ အချိန်အကန့် အသတ်အတွင်း ဖော်ဆောင်ရမည့်ကိစ္စရပ်များတွင် အချင်းချင်း လျင်မြန်စွာ ချိတ်ဆက် ညှိနှိုင်းရေးနှင့် မိမိတို့၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍများကို အပြန်အလှန်နားလည်ပြီး အချင်းချင်း ပံ့ပိုးကူညီရေးတို့ကို အလေးထား ဆောင်ရွက်စေလိုကြောင်း စသည်ဖြင့် ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
တက်ရောက်လာသည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များက ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများရှိ ဒုက္ခရောက်နေသော မြန်မာ နိုင်ငံသားများအား စိစစ်၍ ခေါ်ယူခြင်း/ ကယ်ဆယ်ခြင်း၊ နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်များထုတ်ပေးခြင်း၊ မြန်မာအလုပ်သမားအကျိုးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း၊ နိုတြီထောက်ခံချက်ပေးခြင်းစသည့် နိုင်ငံသား အကျိုးကိစ္စရပ်များအပြင် သာသနာရေးနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးမှုကဏ္ဍတွင် ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နေမှု အခြေအနေများကို ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးက နိဂုံးချုပ်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားရာတွင် ယနေ့ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် ဆွေးနွေးသူများအနေဖြင့် သဘောတရားများကိုသာ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ခြင်း မဟုတ်ဘဲ မတူညီသောနိုင်ငံများ၌ ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရသည့် မတူညီသော လက်တွေ့လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံများကို လည်း မျှဝေခဲ့ကြပါကြောင်း၊ ယနေ့ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် ဆွေးနွေးဖလှယ်ခဲ့ကြသော အတွေ့အကြုံများနှင့် အကြံပြုချက်များကို မိမိတို့၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်များ၌ပါ ဆက်လက်အသုံးချစေရေးအတွက် ကိုလည်း တိုက်တွန်းလိုပါကြောင်း ပြောကြားကာ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ပိတ်သိမ်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

Seminar on Promoting National Image by Enhancing Consular Affairs held in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw

The “Seminar on Promoting National Image by Enhancing Consular Affairs” was held on 17 September 2026 at the Lawkanat Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
The Seminar was attended by Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Ko Ko Kyaw, and the Permanent Secretary as well as Directors-General and senior officials from the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Immigration and Population, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement, and Ministry of Culture, Hotels and Tourism. Myanmar Ambassadors from the Embassies of Myanmar in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok as well as a retired Ambassador also participated in the seminar.
In his opening address, the Permanent Secretary emphasized the importance of protecting and safeguarding the interests of the country and its nationals, as well as providing them with necessary assistance, in accordance with international law and the laws of the receiving country as an essential component of consular affairs. He underscored the need for civil servants to discharge their consular responsibilities systematically and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. He further stressed the importance of taking prompt coordination and effective communication among relevant officials on matters requiring action within specified timeframes, fostering mutual understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities and providing one another with the necessary support and assistance.
The representatives attending the Seminar discussed a range of matters concerning the interests and welfare of Myanmar nationals abroad, including the verification and repatriation of Myanmar nationals facing difficulties overseas, issuance of passports, provision of necessary assistance to Myanmar workers as well as notarial attestations and certifications services. They also exchanged views on the current status of cooperation with foreign countries in the religious and cultural sectors.
In his closing remarks, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs noted that the Seminar went beyond theoretical concepts and principles, providing participants with an opportunity to share practical experiences gained through their works in different countries with varying circumstances and operational requirements. He encouraged all participants to apply the experiences, lessons learned, and recommendations gained from the Seminar in their respective areas of work. Following his concluding remarks, the Seminar was formally brought to a close.
