နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးတင်မောင်ဆွေ သည် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာကြက်ခြေနီကော်မတီ (ICRC) ၏ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနေကိုယ်စားလှယ် Mr. Arnaud de Baecque အား ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၃၀ ရက်၊ ၁၃၀၀ နာရီတွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့သည်။
ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ ICRC က ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့်လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုအကူအညီများ ပေးအပ်ရေးနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာအရာရှိများ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြသည်။

U Tin Maung Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs received Mr. Arnaud de Baecque, Resident Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to Myanmar, at 13:00 hrs on 30th July 2026, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on matters related to ICRC’s activities and the provision of humanitarian assistance in Myanmar.
Also present at the meeting were the officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
