အလုပ်သဘောညစာစားပွဲတွင် မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီးက အာဆီယံ-အိန္ဒိယဆွေးနွေးဖက် ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ဘက်စုံမဟာဗျူဟာမြောက်မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေး (CSP) အဆင့်သို့ တိုးမြှင့်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက်ပိုင်း ပင်လယ်ရေကြောင်း(Maritime) နှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ဆက်သွယ်ရေး(Connectivity) ကဏ္ဍ များအပါအဝင် အင်ဒို-ပစိဖိတ်ဆိုင်ရာအာဆီယံ၏သဘောထားအမြင် (ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific) ၏ ဉီးစားပေးနယ်ပယ်များအောက်မှ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်နိုင်မည့် အလားအလာများကို ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဆက်လက်၍ အိန္ဒိယသံအမတ်ကြီးက အိန္ဒိယအနေဖြင့် အာဆီယံ၏အချက်အခြာကျမှုကိုအလေးထားလျက် ဆွေနွေးဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးမူဘောင်အောက်မှ သာမက အရှေ့အာရှထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး(EAS) နှင့် အာဆီယံဒေသဆိုင်ရာဖိုရမ် (ARF) ကဲ့သို့ သော အာဆီယံဉီးဆောင်သည့်ယန္တယားများအောက်မှလည်း အာဆီယံနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု တိုးမြှင့်လျက်ရှိသည့်အခြေအနေများကို ရှင်းလင်းဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် အာဆီယံ သံအမတ်ကြီးများနှင့် အိန္ဒိယသံအမတ်ကြီးတို့က ပေါင်းစပ်ဆက်သွယ်ရေး၊ ပင်လယ်ရေကြောင်း၊ ပညာရေး၊ ဆိုက်ဘာလုံခြုံရေး၊ ညာဏ်ရည်တု၊ စားနပ်ရိက္ခာလုံခြုံမှု၊ ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနည်းပညာ၊ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု၊ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်အသွင်ကူးပြောင်းမှု အစရှိသည့်နယ်ပယ်များတွင် အာဆီယံနှင့်အိန္ဒိယ အကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်နိုင်မည့်အခွင့်အလမ်းများနှင့် အိန္ဒိယ-ကနေဒါ နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ဆက်ဆံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေများအပေါ် ဆွေးနွေးအမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ခဲ့ကြ ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ (၁၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး ဖွင့်ပွဲ အခမ်းအနား ကို ရန်ဇိုရီ ကွန်ဗင်းရှင်းစင်တာ၌ ၁၉-၁-၂ဝ၂၄ ရက်တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ ဘက်မလိုက် လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ လက်ရှိဥက္ကဋ္ဌ အဇာဘိုင်ဂျန် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီး Mr. Jeyhun Bayramov က ကြိုဆိုနှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်မိန့်ခွန်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ထို့နောက် ယူဂန်ဒါသမ္မတ Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni အား ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှု အဖွဲ့၏ (၁၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး ဥက္ကဋ္ဌအဖြစ် အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများအားလုံးက တစ်ခဲနက် ရွေးကောက် တင်မြှောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး၊ ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန်အား အဇာဘိုင်ဂျန်နိုင်ငံက ယူဂန်ဒါနိုင်ငံသို့ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခဲ့သည်။
ဆက်လက်၍ ဂျီ ၇၇ နှင့် တရုတ်အုပ်စု (G-77 and China) လက်ရှိဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ကျူးဘားနိုင်ငံ ဒုတိယသမ္မတ၊ (၇၈) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ (UN General Assembly) သဘာပတိ နှင့် အာဖရိကသမဂ္ဂ (African Union) ကော်မရှင်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ တို့ကလည်း မိန့်ခွန်းများ အသီးသီး ပါဝင်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁၉-၂၀ ရက်များတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့သော ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှု အဖွဲ့၏ (၁၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးသို့ နိုင်ငံပေါင်း (၈၀) ကျော် မှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်များ တက်ရောက်ကာ မိန့်ခွန်းများ အသီးသီး ပါဝင်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ (၁၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး၏ မျက်နှာစုံညီ အစည်းအဝေး၌ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးသန်းဆွေသည် ၂၀-၁-၂ဝ၂၄ ရက်၊ မွန်းလွဲပိုင်းတွင် မိန့်ခွန်းတစ်ရပ် ပါဝင်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက ယခုကဲ့သို့ အရေးပါ သည့် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးကို အိမ်ရှင်အဖြစ် လက်ခံကျင်းပပေးခဲ့သည့် ယူဂန်ဒါအစိုးရနှင့် ပြည်သူများကို ကျေးဇူးအထူးတင်ရှိပါကြောင်း၊ ပြီးခဲ့သည့် (၄) နှစ်တာကာလအတွင်း ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန်ကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ခဲ့သည့် အဇာ ဘိုင်ဂျန်နိုင်ငံကို ချီးကျူးဂုဏ်ပြုပါကြောင်း၊ ယခုထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး၏ ခေါင်းစဉ် ဖြစ်သည့် “ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ကြွယ်ဝမှုများ မျှဝေရေးအတွက် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို မြှင့်တင်ရေး” သည် ယနေ့ကမ္ဘာ၏ လက်ရှိအခြေအနေများအပေါ် ထင်ဟပ်မှုရှိသဖြင့် အထူးသင့်လျော် ပါကြောင်း၊ မိမိတို့ ရင်ဆိုင်တွေ့ကြုံနေရသည့် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် ရှုပ်ထွေးနက်နဲ ခက်ခဲမှုများ အားလုံးကို ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှု၊ ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံမှု နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများဖြင့် ကျော်လွှားနိုင်မည်ဟု မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ယုံကြည်ပါ ကြောင်း၊ ကမ္ဘာ့နိုင်ငံကြီးများအကြား ယှဉ်ပြိုင်မှု၊ ပဋိပက္ခနှင့် ကမ္ဘာကြီး၏ စိုးရိမ်ဖွယ်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို လက်တွေ့ကျကျ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့အနေဖြင့် ပိုမိုစည်းလုံး ညီညွတ်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့ကို စတင်ထူထောင် ရာတွင် ပါဝင်ခဲ့သည့် နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံ ဖြစ်သည့်အားလျော်စွာ ဘက်မလိုက် လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့ အနေဖြင့် များပြားလှသည့် ကမ္ဘာ့ရေးရာများနှင့်စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို ဖြေရှင်းရာတွင် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံ များအတွက် အဓိကသက်ဆိုင်သည့် အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ဆက်လက်ရပ်တည်နိုင်စေရေး မျှော်လင့်ပါ ကြောင်း ထည့်သွင်းဆွေးနွေးပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး သည် အစည်းအဝေး၌ နိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရ၏ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးနှင့် ဒီမိုကရေစီ ဖော်ဆောင်ရေးအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်နေမှုများနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိဖြစ်ပေါ် တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေများကိုလည်း ထည့်သွင်း ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
အိမ်ရှင် ယူဂန်ဒါသမ္မတ နှင့် ဇနီးတို့က ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ (၁၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးသို့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်လာကြသည့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင် များကို ၁၉-၁-၂၀၂၄ ရက် ညနေပိုင်းတွင် ဂုဏ်ပြုညစာစားပွဲဖြင့် တည်ခင်းဧည့်ခံခဲ့ သည်။
ဂျီ ၇၇ နှင့် တရုတ်အုပ်စု၏ “တတိယအကြိမ်မြောက် ကမ္ဘာ့တောင်ခြမ်းနိုင်ငံများ၏ ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး” ကို ၂၁-၁-၂ဝ၂၄ ရက်မှစတင်၍ ကမ်ပါလာမြို့၌ ကျင်းပလျက်ရှိရာ၊ အီဂျစ်နိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမြင့်လွင် ခေါင်းဆောင်သော မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ် အဖွဲ့ ပါဝင် တက်ရောက်လျက်ရှိသည်။
ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့ (Non-Aligned Movement-NAM) ကို ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံများ၏ အကျိုးစီးပွား မြှင့်တင်ရေးအတွက် ၁၉၆၁ ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်ဖွဲ့စည်းထူထောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယခု ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၏ (၁၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး၌ တောင်ဆူဒန်နိုင်ငံ ကို အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ် လက်ခံခဲ့ရာ၊ ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုအဖွဲ့၌ လက်ရှိတွင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံပေါင်း (၁၂၁) နိုင်ငံ ရှိလာပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် ဘက်မလိုက်လှုပ်ရှားမှု အဖွဲ့ကို စတင်ထူထောင်ရာတွင် ပါဝင်ခဲ့သည့် နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံ ဖြစ်သည်။
Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe attends 19th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in Kampala, Uganda

At the official invitation of the Republic of Uganda, the host of the 19th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe participated in the 19th Summit of the NAM which was held on 19-20 January 2024 in Kampala, Uganda.
The Opening Ceremony of the 19th Summit of the NAM was held at the Rwenzori Convention Centre on 19 January 2024 and Welcome Remarks was delivered by Mr. Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Head of Delegation of Azerbaijan and current Chair of the NAM.
Then, Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the President of Uganda was elected by acclamation by all NAM Member Countries as the Chair of the 19th Summit of the NAM and Azerbaijan handed over the Chairmanship of NAM to Uganda.
The Vice President of Cuba and the Current Chair of the G-77 and China, the President of the 78th Session of the UN General Assembly and the Chair of the African Union Commission also delivered their Remarks respectively.
The Heads of Delegation of more than (80) countries attended the 19th Summit of the NAM which was held on 19-20 January 2024 and delivered their country statements.
In the afternoon of 20 January 2024, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe delivered a statement at the Plenary Session of the 19th Summit of the NAM. In his statement, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs expressed his sincere thanks to the Government and the people of Uganda for hosting this important Summit and he congratulated Azerbaijan for the successful Chairmanship for the past four years. The Deputy Prime Minister added that the theme of this Summit “Deepening Cooperation for Shared Global Affluence” is timely and most relevant to current global situations. He mentioned Myanmar’s conviction that cooperation, engagement and solidarity among the NAM members can overcome challenges and complexities that we are facing today. Having witnessed that our world is facing unprecedented challenges, he stressed the need for NAM to be more united to practically address the global issues of concern, conflicts and competition between great powers. The Deputy Prime Minister also highlighted that as a founding member of NAM, Myanmar wishes NAM to remain as the most relevant platform for developing Countries for addressing numerous global issues and challenges. In his statement, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs also apprised the Meeting of the Myanmar Government’s efforts to ensure peace, development and democracy in the country and the latest developments of Myanmar.
In the evening of 19 January 2024, the President and the First Lady of Uganda hosted a State Dinner in honor of Heads of Delegation of NAM Member Countries.
The Third South Summit of the Group of 77 and China is being held in Kampala from 21 January 2024 and Myanmar delegation led by U Myint Lwin, Myanmar Ambassador to Egypt is attending the said Summit.
The Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) is a forum which was founded in 1961 with the view to advancing interests of developing countries. At the 19th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the South Sudan was admitted as the newest member of the NAM. Therefore, 121 countries are now members to the NAM. Myanmar is a founding member of the Non-Aligned Movement.

On the sidelines of the 19th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) held in Kampala, Uganda, U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs met Mr. Khalifa Shaheen Almarar, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Head of Delegation of the United Arab Emirates on 19 January 2024, Dr. Hasan Mahmud, MP, Foreign Minister of Bangladesh and Hon. John Mulimba, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Uganda on 20 January 2024 respectively at the Rwenzori Convention Centre.
During the separate meetings with United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bangladesh and Uganda, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of Myanmar apprised them of the Myanmar Government’s efforts to ensure peace, development and democracy in the country and the latest developments of Myanmar. Furthermore, they cordially exchanged views and discussed on matters pertaining to further strengthening of friendly relations between Myanmar-UAE, Myanmar-Bangladesh and Myanmar-Uganda as well as closer collaboration in the regional and international fora including cooperation in the NAM
